BR series double-spin robot, the first domestic double-spin mode and structure, is a model for domestic industrial robots to build core competitiveness through innovation. According to the market characteristics of domestic 3C industry roughneck center, stamping robots are mostly used for small pieces of high-speed stamping. In order to meet the needs of such applications, a vertical multi-joint high-speed robot is specially developed, and the concept of double rotation is proposed for the first time, which can not only realize all the functions (external rotation) of a standard general six-axis robot, but also rotate from within itself (internal rotation).

Independent double-spin structure
The five-axis wrist assembly adopts bevel gear transmission to realize the external bias of the six-axis end joint assembly relative to the small arm assembly, and the sixth axis cable passes out from the wrist joint and is supported by the cable bracket into the six-axis end joint, thus realizing the five-axis large-scale movement over the line.

Small footprint design
The internal rotating structure is specially designed for CNC high-speed driller center and fast punching machine, which can easily realize the connection or handling between stations in a narrow space within 800 of the spacing between driller centers, easily avoiding and with the fastest speed. Stamping application station handling covers only the base area.
