Extended-range heavy-duty unmanned AGV, vehicle length 14 meters, width 3 meters, height 1.7 meters, ground clearance 0.5 meters, wheelbase 8.5 meters, tire diameter 1.4 meters; the vehicle chassis adopts composite welded beam, airbag suspension assembly, four-bridge eight-wheel 8*4 drive structure;
No human operation is required during operation, and it is completely realized by the chassis intelligent navigation system, which can realize automatic path planning, obstacle recognition, environmental perception and obstacle prediction.
In terms of navigation, Beidou navigation, inertial navigation, laser SLAM navigation, visual navigation, and AI navigation fusion technology are used to ensure flexible application under various road conditions and climates. This new product is mainly used for container transshipment, and can carry one 40-foot container or two 20-foot containers. It will be widely used in unmanned automatic driving in seaports, land ports, parks and other scenes.
It adopts an electric drive platform and is driven by two 135kw motors. The peak torque can reach 5500N.m. The four axles of the whole vehicle are innovatively selected as steering drive axles and steering axles. At the same time, it cooperates with the heavy-duty dedicated hydraulic steering system to ensure that it can move like a rabbit even with a full load of 80 tons, with a maximum speed of 36km/h.
It adopts hybrid range extension and selects biofuel methanol as the main fuel. A single fuel filling can meet the running range of 800km-1000km, and the fuel filling time is no more than 15 minutes.
Regarding its cruising range, I just introduced that it is a heavy-duty unmanned AGV with an electric drive platform. We designed the running range to be 800km-1000km, but it is not battery replacement or charging, but hybrid range extension. A single fuel filling can meet the running range of 800km-1000km, and the fuel filling time is no more than 15 minutes. In addition, we have innovatively selected biofuel methanol as its main fuel, which can offset your mileage anxiety and inconsistent voltage across regions.
