I. Pagsasanay at Pagtingin Nang Regular
(1) Pagtingin sa Mata sa Switchgear Enclosure
Walang deformation o pisikal na pinsala sa enclosure.
Ang protective paint coating ay walang malubhang rust, peeling, o flaking.
Ang cabinet ay ligtas na nai-install, malinis ang ibabaw, at walang mga foreign objects.
Ang nameplates at identification labels ay maayos na nakalagay at hindi naglalaho.
(2) Pagsusuri ng Operating Parameters ng Switchgear
Ang instruments at meters ay nagpapakita ng normal na values (katulad ng typical operating data, walang malaking deviation at consistent sa estado ng equipment).
(3) Pagsusuri ng Temperature ng Mga Komponente, Electrical Connections, Wires, at Cables
Gumamit ng infrared thermometer para sukatin ang accessible na komponente, electrical joints, wires, at cables: operating temperature ≤ 60°C.
Walang kakaibang amoy sa loob ng cabinet.
(4) Pagsusuri ng Switch Positions, Indicator Lights, Meter Displays, at Selector Switch Positions
Tama ang open/closed position ng circuit breaker.
Walang alarm indications.

II. Taunang Na-schedule na Pagsasanay
(1) Pagsusuri, Paglilinis, at Paggawa ng Defect Correction sa Enclosure
Linisin gamit ang alcohol at malinis na cotton cloth upang siguraduhing walang dust accumulation o stains.
Suriin ang protective paint para sa malubhang rust o peeling; kung may natuklasan, gawin ang rust removal at repaint.
(2) Pagsusuri at Pagsasanay ng Cable Compartment
Ang cable entry seals ay buo.
Ang cable plug fixing screws ay hindi loose.
Ang cable identification tags at phase color markings ay naroroon at hindi nawawala o nalis.
Ang cable compartment ay dry, walang condensation; malinis at walang dust.
Linisin ang insulators gamit ang alcohol at malinis na cotton cloth upang siguraduhing walang dust o contamination.
Ang grounding conductor ay ligtas at walang looseness.
(3) Pagsusuri ng Grounding Switch
Manually operate the grounding switch through one full open-close cycle.
Ang operasyon ay dapat smooth, walang jamming.
Ang switch position ay dapat tumugma sa indicator sa front panel.
(4) Pagsusuri at Pagsasanay ng Circuit Breaker Compartment
Withdraw the main circuit breaker to the test position and use a trolley to pull it outside the compartment. Inspect the primary isolation contacts and connected copper busbars for signs of burning or arcing. If necessary, polish with sandpaper and clean with alcohol-soaked cloth.
Apply a uniform layer of conductive grease (0.5–1 mm thick) to the main circuit breaker’s isolation contacts.
Tighten all primary circuit bolts to specified torque values. After tightening, check that spring washers are flat. Mark anti-loosening lines on all tightened bolts.
Wipe all components inside the circuit breaker compartment with alcohol and clean cotton cloth to ensure no dust or contamination.
Reinsert the circuit breaker trolley into the compartment and move to the test position. Perform one manual close-open operation cycle. Verify smooth operation, correct mechanical position indication, breaker position indication, and spring charged/uncharged status.
After verification, move the breaker to the service position and perform power on/off operations as required.
(5) Pagsusuri at Pagsasanay ng Secondary Circuit Compartment
Suriin ang secondary wiring: ang mga koneksyon ay dapat tight at clear ang wire labels.
Siguraduhing malinis ang compartment: walang dust o foreign objects.
Kung kinakailangan, linisin at i-tighten ang secondary terminals.
III. Taunang Electrical Testing
(1) Main Circuit Insulation Resistance Test
Gumamit ng 2500 V megohmmeter.
Measured value > 50 MΩ.
(2) Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test
(Test on main circuit: phase-to-ground, phase-to-phase, and across open contacts)
After major maintenance: apply test voltage as per standard.
During service: apply 80% of the standard test voltage.
(3) Insulation Test of Auxiliary and Control Circuits
Gumamit ng 500 V megohmmeter.
Measured value > 2 MΩ.
IV. Fault-Based Maintenance (When Required)
(1) Circuit Breaker Operating Position Alignment
Apply conductive grease or Vaseline to the inner ring of the moving contact.
Insert the trolley to the service position and then withdraw it.
Use a caliper to measure the effective engagement depth between moving and stationary contacts on the visible part: should be 15–25 mm.
(2) Circuit Breaker Repair or Replacement
Carry out in accordance with manufacturer’s specific technical specifications.
(3) Instrument and Meter Repair or Replacement
Carry out in accordance with manufacturer’s specific technical specifications.
