Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

The NHK-J12 environmental protection cabinet PT isolation operating mechanism is suitable for the 5.2 series environmental protection cabinet PT isolation unit. The mechanism adopts the principle of compression spring releasing energy through the middle. The isolation operating shaft is located on the right side of the mechanism, and the grounding operating shaft is located on the left side of the mechanism. It adopts a single rod mechanical interlocking structure, and the overall structure of the mechanism is compact and easy to install. The mechanism interlocking meets the five prevention requirements. The operating mechanism complies with the relevant requirements of standards such as GB1984-2014, GB/T1022-2020, GB3804-2017, GB3906-2020, etc.

Operation of opening and closing the mechanism

Power transmission operation:
①. Close the door; ②. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole of the G mechanism and operate counterclockwise to separate the locking/grounding of the lower door; ③. Insert the handle into the isolation operation hole of the G mechanism and operate counterclockwise to close the isolation switch; Power transmission completed.
Power outage operation:
①. Insert the handle into the isolation operation hole of the G mechanism and operate clockwise to open the isolation switch; ②. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole of the G mechanism, operate clockwise to close the grounding switch, power off and complete the grounding operation (at this time, the lower door can be opened).

FAQ
Q: What are the routine maintenance requirements of the PT isolation operating mechanism?
A:
Routine maintenance focuses on "simple inspection + periodic maintenance" to ensure long-term reliable operation: ① Monthly inspection: Check the position indicator of the isolation switch (consistent with the actual position), check the interlocking function (no misoperation), and clean the surface of the mechanism with dry cloth; ② Quarterly maintenance: Check the tightness of the terminal connection (no looseness), check the lubrication of the operating mechanism (supplement lubricating grease if necessary), and check the protection level of the mechanism box (no water or dust intrusion); ③ Annual maintenance: Conduct mechanical operation test (≥100 times of opening and closing without jamming), check the insulation performance of the isolation fracture (power frequency withstand voltage test), and record the maintenance data for traceability, ④ Special maintenance: In humid, high-pollution or high-altitude areas, increase the inspection frequency, and check the anti-corrosion performance of the mechanism and cabinet body regularly.
Q: What is the core function of the 12kV SF6-free air-insulated cabinet PT isolation operating mechanism?
A:
Its core functions include three key aspects: ① PT loop isolation: realize reliable opening/closing of the PT (voltage transformer) primary loop to ensure safe maintenance of PT components; ② Safety interlocking: match the "five-prevention" interlocking requirement of the switch cabinet, and it can only operate when the main loop is opened and reliably grounded to prevent misoperation such as live isolation; ③ Environmental protection and insulation: adopt air insulation without SF6 gas, which has no greenhouse effect and toxic decomposition products, and meets global environmental protection policies. It is mainly used to ensure the safe operation of the PT loop in the 12kV eco-friendly cabinet and provide accurate voltage signal support for measurement and protection.

Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
