Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

NAL Indoor Air Switch Disconnector is an air insulated isolation switch designed specifically for indoor power distribution scenarios. Its core is used for safe isolation and on/off control of circuits. With air as the insulation medium, it does not require SF6 gas and is suitable for the intrinsic safety and environmental protection needs of medium and low voltage distribution systems. It is a key electrical accessory to ensure the safety of circuit maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Core Features
Adopting an air insulated structure, there are no greenhouse gases such as SF6, making it environmentally friendly and pollution-free. There is no need to worry about gas leakage risks during installation and use, which is in line with the trend of green power distribution.
The switch mechanism is designed with precision, with clear opening and closing actions and accurate positioning. The insulation performance of the fracture is stable, which can reliably achieve physical isolation of the circuit and ensure maintenance safety.
Integrate multiple anti misoperation interlocks (such as opening and closing position interlocks, grounding interlocks), strictly follow power safety regulations, and effectively avoid safety hazards caused by misoperations.
The shell is made of corrosion-resistant and anti-aging materials, with high mechanical strength, suitable for complex environments such as indoor distribution rooms, industrial plants, and commercial buildings, and easy installation and maintenance.
Applicable scenarios
Adapting to medium and low voltage indoor distribution systems, it is widely used in transformer circuits, distribution line branches, electrical equipment front-end and other scenarios. It can be used as a key component for maintenance isolation, load isolation and circuit conversion, and is suitable for industrial distribution, urban distribution networks, commercial complexes, data centers and other places.

Standard

The LBS complies with the following specifications in accordance with DIN VDE and therelevant IEC publications:60129, 60265, 60694, GOST 1516.3-96, GOST 17717-79, and CSA Standard No.C22.2, No. 193, and IEC62271-105, all of which consider switches for general use and ensurethere is safe switching coordination between a switch disconnector and a current limiting fuse.

FAQ
Q: What advantages does NAL12kV indoor air insulated isolation switch have?
A:

Key advantages: ① Air insulation design, no SF6 gas, environmentally friendly and maintenance-free; ② Visible breaking gap, in line with safety operation specifications, easy to check isolation status; ③ Compact structure, small installation space, suitable for indoor switchgear; ④ High mechanical strength, reliable operation, service life up to 10,000 times of opening and closing; ⑤ Good corrosion resistance, adaptable to harsh indoor industrial environments.

Q: What is the core function and working principle of NAL12kV indoor air insulated isolation switch?
A:

Its core function is to provide visible isolation in 12kV indoor power distribution systems, ensuring safe maintenance of electrical equipment and isolating faulty sections to avoid power grid accidents. Working principle: It relies on air as the insulation medium, and realizes circuit on/off and isolation through manual or electric operation of the moving contact and fixed contact. When opened, it forms a visible breaking gap that meets the standard, achieving reliable electrical isolation between the power source and the load.
