SF6 insulated ring main unit switchgear has the advantages of compact structure, fully enclosed type, fully insulated layer, long life, maintenance-free, small indoor space occupation, reliable, and will not be harmed by the working environment. Structural features
The ring main unit switchgear uses high-quality stainless steel case.
The stainless steel plate is cut by fiber laser and welded by welding robot to ensure the airtightness of the dust collector.
The box is filled with SF6 gas and undergoes synchronous vacuum packaging for leak detection. High-voltage load switch, grounding device power switch, circuit breaker insulating layer canister and other power switch-themed movable components and bus ducts are all sealed in the stainless steel box. The protection level is P67.
High-efficiency SF₆ gas insulation: Uses SF₆ gas as the insulating medium, featuring high insulation strength and excellent arc-extinguishing performance. It can stably block current leakage in high-voltage environments, significantly reducing the risk of faults such as short circuits and flashovers, ensuring reliable operation of the equipment in complex power grids.
