| Model NO. | Isolation operating mechanism under 12kV environmental protection cabinet (air insulated without SF6 gas) |
| Rated voltage | 12kV |
| Rated normal current | 630A |
| Rated frequency | 50/60Hz |
| Series | VHK-J12 |
The isolation operating mechanism under the VHK-J12 environmental protection cabinet is equipped with a VHK-J12 circuit breaker reclosing spring operating mechanism, and the isolation part is equipped with a RNHSG-07 compression spring isolation operating mechanism. The isolation machinery is a forward type, and the V operating mechanism is an inverted type, using a single rod mechanical structure to achieve interlocking with the lower door. Only when the main circuit is in the open state and reliably grounded can the interlocking return position open the lower door. The overall structure of the mechanism is compact, and the operation interlocking meets the five prevention requirements.
The operating mechanism complies with the relevant requirements of standards such as GB1984-2014, GB/T1022-2020, GB3804-2017, GB3906-2020, etc.
Operation of opening and closing the mechanism
Power transmission operation:
①. Close the door; ②. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole of the G mechanism and operate counterclockwise to separate the locking/grounding of the lower door; ③. Insert the handle into the isolation operation hole of the G mechanism and operate counterclockwise to close the isolation switch; ④. Insert the handle into the energy storage operation hole of the V mechanism and operate clockwise to store energy in the circuit breaker; ⑤. Press the green button on the V mechanism to close the circuit breaker switch,
Power outage operation:
①. Press the red button on the V mechanism to open the circuit breaker switch; ②. Insert the handle into the isolation operation hole of the G mechanism and operate clockwise to open the isolation switch; ③. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole of the G mechanism and operate clockwise to close the grounding switch; Only after the power outage and grounding are completed, can the lower door be opened.

Installation dimensions

The main functions include four key points: ① Reliable isolation: Establishing a visible insulation gap between the maintenance part and the live part to ensure maintenance safety. ② Safety interlocking: Interlocking with cabinet doors, main switches, and grounding switches to prevent misoperation such as live isolation. ③ Circuit switching: It can open and close small current circuits such as voltage transformers excitation current under no-load conditions. ④ Environmental insulation: relying on air insulation, not using SF6 gas, no greenhouse effect or toxic decomposition products, in line with global low-carbon policies.)
The core differences are reflected in three aspects: ① Installation location: The lower isolation type is installed at the lower part of the cabinet, making on-site maintenance more convenient and not occupying space on the upper busbar; ② Force transmission method: using vertical downward transmission, mechanical operation is more stable, and the failure rate of jamming is lower; ③ Space adaptation: Especially suitable for compact environmental cabinets, the upper space can be reserved for other functional modules. Consistent with the upper isolation type in terms of core functions such as isolation, interlocking, and environmental protection, both meet the operational requirements of 12kV systems
