Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Theisolation operating mechanism on the GHK-J12 environmental protection cabinet is equipped with a GHK-J12 circuit breaker reclosing spring operating mechanism, and the isolation part is equipped with a RNHSG-07 compression spring isolation operating mechanism. The isolation machinery is a forward type, and the V operating mechanism is a reverse type. It adopts a single rod mechanical structure to achieve interlocking with the lower door. Only when the main circuit is in the open state and reliably grounded, can the interlocking return position open the lower door. The overall structure of the mechanism is compact, and the operation interlocking meets the five prevention requirements. The operating mechanism complies with the relevant requirements of standards such as GB1984-2014, GB/T1022-2020, GB3804-2017, GB3906-2020, etc.

Operation of opening and closing the mechanism

Power transmission operation:
①. Close the door; ②. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole of the G mechanism and operate counterclockwise to separate the locking/grounding of the lower door; ③. Insert the handle into the isolation operation hole of the G mechanism and operate counterclockwise to close the isolation switch; ④. Insert the handle into the energy storage operation hole of the V mechanism and operate clockwise to store energy in the circuit breaker; ⑤. Press the green button on the V mechanism to close the circuit breaker switch.
Power outage operation:
①. Press the red button on the V mechanism to open the circuit breaker switch; ②. Insert the handle into the isolation operation hole of the G mechanism and operate clockwise to open the isolation switch; ③. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole of the G mechanism and operate clockwise to close the grounding switch; ④. Insert the handle into the energy storage operation hole of the V mechanism and operate clockwise to store energy in the circuit breaker; ⑤. Press the green button on the V mechanism to close the circuit breaker switch, and only then can the lower door be opened.

FAQ
Q: Why does the top-mounted isolation mechanism of eco-cabinet adopt air insulation instead of SF6?
A:

The choice of air insulation is based on environmental protection policies and application scenarios, with three core reasons: ① Environmental protection compliance: SF6 is a strong greenhouse gas (GWP is 23900 times that of CO₂), and its use is strictly restricted by international policies such as the Paris Agreement. Air insulation has zero greenhouse effect and no toxic decomposition products; ② Maintenance-free feature: Air insulation has a simple structure, no gas leakage risk, and no need for regular gas pressure detection and replenishment, reducing operation and maintenance costs by more than 30% compared with SF₆-insulated products; ③ Cost advantage: Air insulation does not require SF6 gas recovery and treatment equipment, which reduces the overall cost of the cabinet. For 10kV/12kV medium-voltage systems, the insulation performance of air can fully meet the standard requirements

Q: What is an eco-cabinet top-mounted isolation mechanism and its core role?
A:

It is a key electrical component installed on the upper part of SF6-free air-insulated eco-cabinets, integrating isolation switch and operating mechanism functions. Its core roles include three aspects: ① Reliable isolation: Create a visible insulation gap between the live busbar and maintenance components to ensure the safety of equipment inspection and maintenance; ② Safety interlocking: Realize mechanical interlock with cabinet doors, main circuit breakers and earthing switches to avoid misoperations such as live isolation and closing with earthing; ③ Space optimization: Installed on the upper part of the cabinet, it does not occupy the lower functional module space, which is suitable for compact eco-cabinet design. It is widely used in 10kV/12kV medium-voltage distribution systems and fully complies with environmental protection policies of SF6 restriction.
