Efficient IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) inverter technology:
Good high-speed switching characteristics of IGBT; Having working characteristics of high voltage and high current; Using voltage type drive, only a small control power is required. The fifth generation IGBT has lower saturation voltage drop, higher inverter efficiency, and higher reliability.
Flexible parallel technology:
