| Series | HBGS |
HBGS series fully embodies the essence of cutting-edge technology. The whole machine adopts the world's most advanced DSP digital control technology and ultra-high frequency control technology to create a small size, light weight, and high efficiency: zero conversion design and pure sine wave output technology ensure that user equipment is suitable for various devices. A unique AC-DC conversion circuit is used to detect the output current and voltage of the mains power supply. Through a high-frequency pulse width modulator, the current waveform of the input power supply is synchronized with the voltage waveform to achieve a high input power factor greater than 95%. Under normal circumstances, the mains power obtains a DCBUS DC voltage through an AC-DC circuit. The DCBUS is then converted into AC output through an inverter, and all loads use a pure sine wave power supply that has been stabilized and filtered out of noise. Adopting excellence! As a power conversion component, GBT, due to the high-frequency switching characteristics of BGT, enables the working frequency of UPS inverters to reach 40KHz, improving the efficiency of the inverter and the overall efficiency of the UPS. The increase in inverter frequency also reduces the noise of the inverter. Therefore, placing HBG series UPS directly in the computer room will not affect your work. The online high-frequency HBG series UPS is connected to the network server through RS232 communication interface and power monitoring software, providing real-time power status. It also realizes intelligent functions such as timed self check, automatic storage, automatic timed power on/off, and recording of power status, achieving zero distance human-machine communication. When the mains power is interrupted, UPS notifies the server to start preparing for shutdown and automatically saves all data to disk, executing normal shutdown commands. Even in unmanned network environments, it can ensure the data security of the network system
Application field
Widely used in network management centers and computer centers, banking and securities, taxation, communication, postal services, broadcasting and television, public security, and transportation. Important data fields such as electricity, healthcare, industrial control, and national defense.

Compared with low-frequency three-phase UPS and offline three-phase UPS, it has obvious competitive advantages: ① High efficiency & energy-saving: High-frequency double-conversion technology reduces energy loss by 15%~20% compared with low-frequency models; ECO mode efficiency up to 96%, significantly lowering long-term operating costs; ② Compact & space-saving: Smaller volume and lighter weight (30%~40% lighter than low-frequency UPS), saving installation space for large-scale projects (e.g., data centers); ③ Stable three-phase output: Balances three-phase load (unbalance tolerance ≤25%), low harmonic distortion (THD <3%), suitable for sensitive high-power equipment (industrial control systems, medical MRI); ④ Fast switching & zero downtime: <2ms seamless switch to battery power, avoiding production interruption or data loss; ⑤ Strong scalability: Supports parallel connection of 2~8 units to expand capacity, meeting future load growth needs; ⑥ Intelligent management: Equipped with LCD touch screen, supports remote monitoring (SNMP/Modbus/4G), realizes centralized management of multiple UPS units.
It is a high-power uninterruptible power supply designed for three-phase electrical systems, mainly used to protect large-scale equipment from power grid anomalies. Core functions: ① Provide stable three-phase AC power, isolate voltage fluctuations, surges, sags, harmonics and power outages; ② Realize seamless switching to battery power during mains failure (zero downtime) to ensure continuous operation of heavy-load equipment; ③ Balance three-phase load and suppress grid interference. Working principle: Adopt high-frequency double-conversion technology—three-phase AC input is converted to DC by rectifier, then DC is converted back to stable three-phase AC (pure sine wave) by inverter for load use; when mains power fails, the battery pack supplies DC power to the inverter instantly (switching time <2ms); the high-frequency design (20kHz~50kHz) makes the UPS more compact and energy-efficient than low-frequency three-phase UPS.
