The core adaptation scenario is transformer core lamination operation, compatible with both perforated and non perforated silicon steel sheets, and specifically supports step lap lamination process, which can meet the lamination requirements of specific size ranges of cores (side column length 320-800mm, yoke length 420-800mm, maximum core size 820x820x250mm).
In terms of precision assurance, it is equipped with a 16 axis servo control system+SDRI laminating control software, Omron motion control technology, visual sensor system, and laser positioning technology, which enables the same length/width tolerance to be ≤ 0.5mm. In terms of efficiency improvement, SMC vacuum grasping technology is used to achieve fast positioning and grasping, and the "yoke+middle+column synchronous laminating" design is combined with an automatic width adjustment system to adapt to different sheet widths, greatly improving work efficiency.
The safety functions include three core mechanisms: automatic alarm, emergency stop, and safety protection, which are combined with online detection and video monitoring to reduce operational risks; In terms of operational convenience, it supports remote control systems, equipped with CNC interfaces and production monitoring functions (which can view real-time parameters such as the number of completed pieces and execution time), and also has auxiliary functions such as automatic lubrication, manual coordinate parameter adjustment, and 100/10 reset, adapting to the flexible operation needs of industrial scenes.
