40.5kV Solid Insulated Switchgear:FYG series solid insulated switchgear is suitable for medium voltage power distribution system with rated current of 630A/1250A. It is more reliable than the SF6 ring main unit, and is more suitable for the wider application of GB standards and IEC standards.

  • All-condition eco-friendly gas-free design: Abandons greenhouse gases such as SF₆, fundamentally eliminating environmental hazards and operation/maintenance risks caused by gas leakage. It complies with international environmental regulations and green power grid construction requirements, and is particularly suitable for high-voltage distribution scenarios sensitive to environmental protection, such as ecological protection zones and urban core areas.

It has excellent operating stability and an applicable temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃: 1) In low-temperature environments, solid insulating materials have no cold brittleness and will not cause insulation performance degradation due to excessively low temperatures; 2) In high-temperature environments, high-quality epoxy resin has good heat resistance, and with the cabinet's heat dissipation structure (such as heat sinks), it can avoid accelerated aging of the insulation layer. It should be noted to avoid long-term operation in environments exceeding the rated temperature.
Q: How to handle the aging of solid insulating materials? Are there any environmental hazards?
A:
After the solid insulating materials (such as epoxy resin) age, you need to contact the manufacturer for professional replacement or cabinet renovation, and do not disassemble them yourself; the replaced waste insulating materials need to be handled in accordance with environmental protection regulations: materials such as epoxy resin can be professionally crushed, recycled and reused (such as processed into building fillers), or subjected to harmless incineration, which will not produce toxic and harmful substances and has no obvious environmental hazards.
