Description
Description

Pioneer in China's eco-friendly switchgear sector, we have specialized in R&D and manufacturing of SF₆-free switchgear for decades. With core technologies, we have established industry standards. Boasting a fully independent end-to-end production chain, we have built a product matrix of zero-emission and high-reliability eco-friendly switchgear, making us a trusted choice for power grid construction.

We developed this solid insulated ring main unit product according to market demand. This unit has the following advantages: modularity, high electrical performance, high environmental protection and easy installation. Equipped with intelligent controllers such as FTU and other related equipment, the ring host can achieve different levels of control, measurement and protection functions to meet the various needs of customers.

Feature

The voltage classes of some of these eco-friendly switchgears include 6kV, 6.3kV, 6.6kV, 6.9kV, 7.2kV, 10kV, 10.5kV, 11kV, 11.5kV, 12kV, 13.2kV, 13.8kV, 14.5kV, 14.4kV, 15kV, 15.5kV, 15.6kV, 17.5kV, 20kV, 21.9kV, 22kV, 24kV, 30kV, 33kV, 33.5kV, 34.5kV, 35kV, 36kV, 38kV, 38.5kV, 40.5kV, 44kV, 45kV, 46kV, 66kV and 69kV. and customization is available.

  • Enhanced solid insulation performance for 35kV: Utilizes high-strength solid insulating materials such as epoxy resin, with insulation structure specially optimized for the 35kV voltage level. It features high and stable insulation strength, unaffected by environmental factors like humidity, dust, and contamination. It can effectively withstand electrical stress under high voltage, significantly reducing the risks of flashover and breakdown, and ensuring the long-term reliable operation of medium and high-voltage power distribution systems.

  • Fully eco-friendly gas-free design: Abandons greenhouse gases such as SF₆, fundamentally eliminating environmental hazards caused by gas leakage and subsequent links like gas monitoring and 补气 (gas replenishment) in operation and maintenance. It complies with international environmental standards and the development trend of green power grids, and is particularly suitable for 35kV power distribution scenarios with strict environmental requirements, such as ecological protection zones and urban core areas.

  • Compact high-voltage adaptive structure: Combines a metal-enclosed shell with a modular layout, significantly reducing equipment volume while meeting the 35kV high-voltage insulation distance requirements. Its floor area is only 50%-70% of traditional open-type equipment, facilitating installation in space-constrained high-voltage power distribution sites such as substations and large industrial plants, and simplifying site planning and layout.

  • Multiple high-voltage safety protection mechanisms: Equipped with 35kV-specific mechanical and electrical interlocking devices to strictly prevent dangerous operations such as on-load switching, incorrect grounding, and entry into live compartments; the fully enclosed metal shell effectively shields high-voltage electric fields, with built-in high-voltage live display and grounding status monitoring functions, comprehensively ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance personnel and equipment in high-voltage environments.

  • Long-life and low-maintenance characteristics: Solid insulating materials have excellent anti-aging and corrosion-resistant properties; core high-voltage components are completely isolated from the outside, reducing component losses caused by high-voltage arcs and environmental erosion. It can achieve maintenance-free operation for more than 20 years, significantly lowering the life-cycle maintenance costs and shutdown risks of 35kV equipment.

  • Flexible high-voltage distribution compatibility: Supports multiple 35kV wiring methods such as ring network power supply, dual power supply switching, and radial distribution. It can be seamlessly connected with transformers, cable branch boxes, GIS equipment, etc., of the same voltage level, adapting to diverse 35kV power distribution needs in urban medium and high-voltage distribution networks, large industrial enterprises, new energy power stations (wind power, photovoltaic), etc.

Application

The solid insulated ring main unit adopts a rotary fuse structure inside, which makes it very easy to replace the fuse cabinet type. The size of the device is the smallest among all gas-insulated cabinets, the floor space is the smallest, and it is environmentally friendly for the power supply and distribution of urban users and residential applications.

Working environment

  • Maximum temperature: +50℃; lowest temperature: -40℃

  • Humidity: daily average does not exceed 95%, monthly average does not exceed 90%

  • Earthquake intensity: Grade 8

  • Altitude: ≤5000 meters

FAQ
Q: Compared with traditional SF6 cabinets, what irreplaceable advantages do solid environmentally friendly cabinets have in terms of environmental protection?
A:
The core environmental protection advantages are reflected in three aspects: 1) Zero greenhouse gas emissions: No need to fill media such as SF6 and gas mixtures, eliminating the risk of the greenhouse effect from the source, which is fully in line with the "dual carbon" policy; 2) No risk of medium leakage: The solid insulation structure does not require sealing, avoiding the leakage pollution problem that may occur in gas-insulated cabinets; 3) Full-life cycle environmental protection: Solid insulating materials (such as epoxy resin) can be recycled and reused, and there are no toxic or harmful residues after disassembly of waste cabinets, making scrap disposal more in line with environmental protection regulations, while SF6 cabinets have the environmental risk of incomplete recycling of waste gas.
