Description
Description

Pioneer in China's eco-friendly switchgear sector, we have specialized in R&D and manufacturing of SF₆-free switchgear for decades. With core technologies, we have established industry standards. Boasting a fully independent end-to-end production chain, we have built a product matrix of zero-emission and high-reliability eco-friendly switchgear, making us a trusted choice for power grid construction.

The ring main unit is insulated metal common tank enclosed switchgear, consisting of load break switch unit, load break switch fuse combination electrical unit, vacuum circuit breaker unit, and the incoming line unit of bus. It adopts a range of advanced technologies and materials, with excellent electrical and mechanical properties, less affected by environment and climate, in small size, easy to install, easy to operate, with no need of maintenance, and can be flexibly combined. Its clear and intuitive design ensures simple and direct operation, the feeder's connection capacity is large, suitable for a variety of wiring systems.

Feature

  • Excellent solid insulation performance: Adopts advanced solid insulating materials such as epoxy resin to fully encapsulate internal high-voltage live components, featuring high insulation strength that can effectively withstand electrical stress at 12kV or 24kV voltage levels. Unlike traditional insulation methods, it is not affected by environmental factors such as humidity, dust, and pollution, greatly reducing the risk of flashover and breakdown, and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment in complex environments.

  • Compact and space-efficient design: The metal-enclosed structure is extremely compact with a small footprint, suitable for installation in space-constrained locations such as urban distribution stations, commercial building switchrooms, and industrial park substations. By optimizing the internal layout, various functional modules are closely integrated, reducing installation space requirements while facilitating transportation and on-site installation and commissioning, thus improving the utilization efficiency of the site space.

  • Multiple safety protection mechanisms: The cabinet body adopts a fully enclosed metal shell, which can effectively shield the internal high-voltage electric field and prevent accidental electric shock to personnel. It is equipped with complete internal mechanical and electrical interlocking devices to strictly prevent dangerous situations such as incorrect switching operations, on-load switching, and entry into live compartments. Some products are also equipped with live display devices to intuitively show the live status of the equipment in real-time, further ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.

  • Low maintenance and long service life: The solid insulating materials have strong stability, and internal components are sealed in the metal shell, effectively isolating external erosion, reducing component aging and failures caused by environmental factors, and achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. Under normal circumstances, the service life of the equipment can reach 20 years or more, reducing the life-cycle maintenance costs and equipment replacement frequency, and providing users with reliable long-term investment returns.

  • Flexible power distribution adaptability: Supports multiple wiring methods such as ring network power supply and radial power supply, and can be easily connected with 12kV or 24kV transformers, cables, and other power equipment, flexibly adapting to different medium-voltage distribution network topologies. It can easily meet the needs of various power distribution scenarios, whether for urban power grid upgrading projects or complex power supply requirements in industrial plants.

  • Outstanding environmental performance: Different from SF6 gas-insulated ring main units, this equipment does not use SF6 gas, avoiding potential environmental hazards caused by SF6 gas leakage, and conforming to the current concept of green environmental protection. It is especially suitable for the construction of power distribution facilities in areas with strict environmental requirements, such as ecological protection zones and urban core areas.

FAQ
Q: What is the service life of environmentally friendly cabinets?
A:
The design service life of environmentally friendly cabinets is 20-25 years, which is the same as that of traditional SF6 cabinets. The actual service life depends on the operating environment, maintenance quality, and component quality. Regular maintenance (e.g., replacing seals, cleaning components) can effectively extend the service life. Most manufacturers provide 10-15 years of quality assurance for key components (e.g., vacuum interrupters, insulating cabinets).
Q: How to handle the aging parts of environmentally friendly cabinets?
A:
For aging parts (e.g., seals, relays, meters), replace them with original accessories provided by the manufacturer to ensure compatibility and performance. For core components (e.g., vacuum interrupters, insulating cabinets) that are severely aged or damaged, contact the manufacturer for professional replacement or renovation. Waste parts should be disposed of in accordance with environmental protection regulations; recyclable components (e.g., steel cabinets, copper conductors) should be recycled to reduce environmental impact.
