Unit characteristics
Security：The main stress points of the blades are concentrated in the hub, so the problems of blade falling, fracture and blade flying out are well solved.
Wind resistance：The horizontal rotation makes it less wind pressure and can resist super typhoons of 45 meters per second; The tail rudder adopts an automatic yaw design, with a folding tail type, which has stronger typhoon resistance.
Turning radius:Due to its different design structure and operating principle, it has a smaller turning radius than other forms of wind power generation, saving space and improving efficiency.
Power generation curve characteristics:The starting wind speed is lower than that of other forms of wind turbines, and the increase in power generation is relatively gentle, so in the range of 5~8 meters, its power generation is 10%~30% higher than that of other types of wind turbines.
Brake device:The blades themselves have speed protection, and can be equipped with mechanical manual and electronic automatic brakes, and in areas without typhoons and super gusts, only manual brakes need to be set.
Optimize design:The chassis is made of A3 steel, which is small in size, light in weight, beautiful in appearance, and low in operation. Flange installation, good strength, easy to install and maintain.
High utilization coefficient:The reinforced FRP wind turbine blades, with optimized aerodynamic shape design and structural design, have low starting wind speed and high wind energy utilization coefficient, increasing the annual power generation.
Good match:The use of permanent magnet rotor alternator for power generation effectively reduces the resistance torque of the generator, and at the same time, the use of wind turbines and generators has better matching characteristics, and the reliability of unit operation.
Regulating current:It can be equipped with a high-power tracking intelligent controller to effectively adjust the current.
