Unit characteristics
security:Vertical blades are used, and the main stress points are concentrated in the hub, so the problems of blade falling, fracture and blade flying out are well solved. The horizontal rotation and vertical flat blade principle make it less wind pressure and can resist super typhoons of 45 meters per second.
Noise reduction design:The horizontal plane rotation and the blade application aircraft wing principle are used to design the noise to a level that cannot be measured in the natural environment.
Turning radius:Due to its different design structure and operating principle, it has a smaller turning radius than other forms of wind power generation, saving space and improving efficiency.
Power generation curve characteristics:The starting wind speed is lower than that of other forms of wind turbines, and the increase in power generation is relatively gentle, so in the range of 5~8 meters, its power generation is 10%~30% higher than that of other types of wind turbines.
Greater power generation:Take advantage of the wind speed range. The special control principle is used to expand its suitable operating wind speed range to 2.5~25m/s, which maximizes the use of wind resources while obtaining a larger total power generation and improving the economy of wind power equipment.
Brake device:The blades themselves have speed protection, and can be equipped with mechanical manual and electronic automatic brakes, and in areas without typhoons and super gusts, only manual brakes need to be set.
