Strong specificity: Accurately matching transformer coil manufacturing scenarios, with a maximum coil diameter of 1500mm to 3000mm for loads ranging from 5 tons to 35 tons, fully covering the processing needs of transformer coils of different powers and sizes;
Stable and reliable operation: relying on Omron control system and motor-driven pressing unit, the pressing torque is controllable and stable, the spindle speed is uniform, and the compactness and accuracy of coil winding are guaranteed;
Flexible parameter adaptation: Six models form gradient coverage on core parameters such as load, coil size, pressure, torque, etc. At the same time, the tailstock and pressure head movement distance can be adapted to coils of different lengths. The operation panel setting function reduces the threshold for parameter adjustment.
