A specialized equipment designed for the manufacturing of transformer coils, which is the core equipment for coil winding processing in transformer production, directly determines the quality and accuracy of coil forming.
Strong specificity: Accurately matching transformer coil manufacturing scenarios, with a maximum coil diameter of 1500mm to 3000mm for loads ranging from 5 tons to 35 tons, fully covering the processing needs of transformer coils of different powers and sizes;
Stable and reliable operation: relying on Omron control system and motor-driven pressing unit, the pressing torque is controllable and stable, the spindle speed is uniform, and the compactness and accuracy of coil winding are guaranteed;
Flexible parameter adaptation: Six models form gradient coverage on core parameters such as load, coil size, pressure, torque, etc. At the same time, the tailstock and pressure head movement distance can be adapted to coils of different lengths. The operation panel setting function reduces the threshold for parameter adjustment.

In addition to load and maximum coil diameter, it is also important to focus on core parameters such as spindle speed, maximum torque, head movement distance, and maximum center distance. The key differences are as follows: ① Spindle speed: The first 5 models are 0~10r/min, and the WRJ (Y) -35/3000 with a load of 35 tons is reduced to 0~7r/min (suitable for stable operation under high loads); ② Maximum torque: gradually increased from 8000N. m (5-ton model) to 40000N. m (35 ton model), proportional to the load; ③ Head movement distance: 500mm for 5-ton models, 750mm for 10-20 ton models, and 1040mm for 25-35 ton models (suitable for longer coil pressing); ④ Maximum center distance: 3000mm for 5-10 ton models, 3500-4600mm for 15-35 ton models (suitable for supporting longer coils).
The core feature of the press fit unit is motor-driven and it is an optional configuration; The adjustment method of press fit torque is directly set through the operation panel, which is convenient to adjust and has intuitive parameters; Reliability assurance comes from two aspects: ① The motor drive mode provides stable power output, avoiding pressure fluctuations; ② Paired with Omron control system, precise control and feedback of torque parameters are achieved to ensure constant torque during the pressing process and meet the density requirements of coil winding.
The core adaptation scenario is transformer coil manufacturing. Different models of loads cover 5-35 tons, with a maximum coil diameter covering 1500-3000mm. Specifically, small size coils (load ≤ 5 tons, diameter ≤ 1500mm) are compatible with WRJ-5/1500; ② Medium size coils (load 10-25 tons, diameter 1800-2800mm) compatible with WRJ (Y) -10/1800 to 25/2800; ③ The large-sized coil (with a load of 35 tons and a diameter ≤ 3000mm) is compatible with WRJ (Y) -35/3000 and can meet the coil processing requirements of transformers of different power levels, including low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage.
