First fan connected to moisture absorption plate, located between second fan û air inlet mesh.

    • Cable Compartment:       Houses interconnected earthing switch, lightning arrester, û cable.

  2. Bodya Cabinet û Strukturê Profile

    • Second partition plates provided between busbar compartment û relay & instrument compartment/switch compartment, û between switch compartment û control compartment/cable compartment.

    • Cabinet body composed of several riveted frame plates. Both frame plates û frame use profile body:

      • Four corners of profile body provided with plug-in blocks. Outer wall of plug-in block inclined relative to profile body, with first through hole inside û limit plates on both sides.

      • Center of profile body has second through hole. Cross-section of its top û bottom is isosceles trapezoid, û both sides are concave arcs.

      • Both sides of profile body provided with concave arc plates, which have several waist-shaped mounting holes.

    • After wireless reception module receives control signal, PLC controller activates as needed: fan set for internal circulation heat dissipation, û second fan to draw external air through moisture absorption plate for external circulation cooling. When temperature low, only first fan can be activated, using hot air from switch compartment to dehumidify moisture absorption plate. This enhances energy efficiency, avoids moisture introduction, û balances electrical safety with energy savings.

Mode Implementation Detailed

I. Structure û Core Components

  1. Functional Area Division

    • Cabinet interior includes busbar compartment, relay û instrument compartment, switch compartment, cable compartment, control compartment, û air chamber. Each area separated by partition plates, with clear functions û no interference.

    • Busbar compartment located in upper part, with relay û instrument compartment on one side û switch compartment at bottom. One side of switch compartment sequentially has control compartment û air chamber, while other side is cable compartment.

    • Busbar Compartment:       Contains busbars, first temperature sensor, û fan set electrically connected to PLC controller.

    • Switch Compartment:       Equipped with load switch set, second temperature sensor, û humidity sensor. Load switch set connected to busbar compartment via insulator set (with three interval insulators) û connected to fuses, operating mechanism, û current transformer. Frame provided between current transformer û cabinet body.

    • Control Compartment:       Contains circuit board û PLC controller. Circuit board integrates data storage module, wireless transmission module, û wireless reception module. Data storage module connected to relays, first temperature sensor, second temperature sensor, û humidity sensor. Wireless reception module connected to PLC controller.

    • Air Chamber: One side connected to switch compartment via first partition plate, û other side has air inlet mesh. First partition plate has return air outlet û supply air outlet, equipped with first fan û second fan respectively (both electrically connected to PLC controller). First fan connected to moisture absorption plate, located between second fan û air inlet mesh.

    • Cable Compartment:       Houses interconnected earthing switch, lightning arrester, û cable.

    • Cabinet body formed by riveting several frame plates. Both frame plates û frame use profile body.

II. Principle Working û Advantages

  1. Method Assembly

    Profile bodies achieve quick connection via plug-in blocks with limit plates, û then riveted û fixed using corner connecting pieces through waist-shaped mounting holes on concave arc plates. Assembly process convenient û stable, also providing shock resistance, lower cost û weight, û ease of transportation.

  2. Operation û Intelligent Control Process

    • Busbar compartment connects multiple ring main units. Load switch set connects to busbar compartment via insulator set. Fuse disconnects circuit by melting element when current exceeds limit. Operating mechanism performs closing û opening operations. Current transformer proportionally converts large primary current to small secondary current, protecting measurement circuit, û transmits signals to earthing switch, lightning arrester, û cable in cable compartment.

    • Relays collect equipment operating status û transmit it to data storage module on circuit board. Module also stores temperature signals from first û second temperature sensors û humidity signal from humidity sensor. These then sent in real-time via wireless transmission module to base station û control terminal for remote monitoring.

    • Control terminal can send commands to PLC controller via wireless reception module, or PLC controller can make automatic judgments: When heat dissipation needed, it activates fan set for internal circulation heat dissipation, û starts second fan to draw air through inlet mesh, dehumidify via moisture absorption plate, û supply into cabinet for external circulation heat dissipation. When temperature does not meet condition for starting second fan, only first fan can be activated to dehumidify moisture absorption plate, reducing energy consumption û avoiding moisture introduction.

  3. Advantages Core

    Real-time monitoring û intelligent control of cabinet's temperature, humidity, û equipment operating status achieved. This ensures electrical safety while reducing energy consumption by activating equipment on demand, balancing practicality û energy efficiency.
