Rated voltage | 252kV |
Series | RN |
The insulation rod for 252kV GIS circuit breaker is the core transmission component in ultra-high voltage gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (GIS). Its technical characteristics and domestic progress are as follows:
1、 Core performance requirements
Electrical insulation performance
It needs to withstand 252kV power frequency voltage (1210kV/1min) and lightning impulse voltage (± 2400kV/15 times), with a dielectric strength of ≥ 30kV/mm
The surface electric field strength should be controlled below 15kV/mm to avoid surface discharge
Mechanical performance
The tensile strength should reach 390kN, the mechanical life should be ≥ 10000 times, and the dynamic response frequency should be 0-600Hz
The maximum strain under the impact of opening and closing is concentrated at the bonding point on the contact side, which needs to be verified through 100 full capacity short-circuit current tests
2、 Materials and Structural Design
Mainstream materials
Fiberglass epoxy composite material: high mechanical strength, but fiber arrangement needs to be optimized to reduce the risk of crack propagation
Aramid/polyester fiber epoxy composite material: lightweight and fatigue resistant, suitable for high voltage levels
Structural innovation
Adopting non threaded bonding technology to avoid stress concentration caused by threaded structures
3、 Breakthroughs in Localization and Engineering Applications
Typical applications
252kV GIS is used for ultra-high voltage transmission projects, and 126kV GIS is suitable for new energy generation projects
4、 Technical specifications and standards
Compliant with GB/T 11022-2020 and IEC 60694 standards, the dynamic characteristic testing method has been included in the technical specifications
