Installation dimensions
It is a core protection switch component specially designed for 24kV medium-voltage gas insulated switchgear (GIS), using SF6 gas as insulation and arc-extinguishing medium, integrating three core functions: load current breaking, short-circuit fault interruption, and circuit isolation. Different from traditional open-type circuit breakers, it has a compact structure and excellent sealing performance, and is directly embedded in the GIS cabinet. It adapts to the design requirements of GIS equipment for "miniaturization, maintenance-free and high reliability", and can quickly cut off overload and short-circuit faults in 24kV distribution network systems, making it a key protection equipment for urban power grids, industrial park power distribution and unattended stations.
The core advantages focus on four dimensions: insulation and arc-extinguishing performance, structural integration, environmental tolerance, and intelligent adaptability: ① Reliable insulation and arc-extinguishing: SF6 gas has strong arc-extinguishing ability, fast insulation recovery speed after breaking, and can achieve zero arcing breaking.
