Product Detail
Description

SF6 ring main unit has the advantages of compact structure, fully enclosed type, fully insulated layer, long service life, maintenance-free, small indoor space occupation, and no environmental hazards during work. Widely used in industrial production and civil cable ring network and power supply system. It is very suitable for small and medium secondary substations, opening and closing stations, factories and mines, airports, railway lines, residential quarters, multi-storey buildings, highways, subway stations, tunnel construction and other industries.

Working environment conditions

  • Applicable altitude: 1000m
  • Applicable temperature: -40ºC~+45ºC
  • Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%
  • Earthquake damage level: ≤8

Structural features

  • Safe and reliable operation: Through multiple safety protection designs (such as a comprehensive interlocking mechanism and overload protection), it fully ensures the safety of the equipment during operation and running, effectively avoiding risks such as misoperation and short circuits. It builds a solid foundation for the continuous and stable operation of the power system, ensuring the continuity and reliability of power supply.
  • Integrated three-position load switch: Adopting an integrated three-position load switch (with three working positions: closing, opening, and grounding), it not only simplifies the internal structure and operation process of the equipment but also significantly improves the accuracy, coordination, and response speed of switch actions through precise mechanical linkage design. This reduces operational errors and enhances the stability of equipment operation.
  • Strong economic efficiency and durability: Achieves maintenance-free performance with high-quality materials and sealing technology, eliminating the need for frequent shutdowns for maintenance and reducing labor and material costs. Meanwhile, the equipment has high overall reliability, excellent anti-aging and anti-corrosion properties, and a service life of up to 20 years. This significantly reduces the frequency of equipment replacement and, in the long run, greatly lowers the full-life-cycle operating costs of the project.
  • Flexible and diverse solutions: Supports multiple incoming line modes such as left, right, upper, and forward incoming lines, which can be freely selected according to the on-site space layout. Unit combinations are not restricted, enabling complex combinations such as multi-unit series and parallel connections as needed. Combined with insulated busbar connection technology, it can flexibly build layout schemes of front-rear cabinets or left-right cabinets, perfectly adapting to the installation needs of different power distribution scenarios.
  • Wide design adaptability: The design scheme balances versatility and customization needs. It can not only meet the power distribution scenarios of conventional industrial plants and commercial buildings but also adapt to high-demand power distribution environments in special fields such as new energy power stations, rail transit, and data centers. With flexible and changeable structural design, it easily copes with personalized needs such as voltage levels and load capacities in different scenarios.
  • Efficient outgoing lines and space-saving: The outgoing line circuit design has a large capacity bearing capacity, which can meet the power output needs of high-power equipment. At the same time, it adopts a compact structural layout, minimizing the floor area while ensuring performance. It is especially suitable for scenarios with tight land resources such as urban core areas and industrial parks, achieving dual optimization of efficient power distribution and space utilization.

What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
Dielectrics and insulators are distinguished primarily by their applications. One of the main differences is that a dielectric can store electrical energy by becoming polarized in an electric field, whereas an insulator resists the flow of electrons to prevent current conduction. Other key differences between them are outlined in the comparison chart below.Definition of DielectricA dielectric material is a type of insulator that contains few or no free electrons. When subjected to an electric fi

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Oil-Immersed Transformers
Oil Leakage at Welded JointsOil leakage at welded joints primarily stems from poor welding quality, such as incomplete or detached welds, and defects like pinholes and gas pores. Although oil-immersed transformers are initially coated with solder and paint during manufacturing, potentially masking these issues temporarily, the defects tend to surface during operation. Additionally, electromagnetic vibration can cause weld cracks, leading to oil leakage. To resolve such leaks, the first critical s

What losses occur during operation of the transformer? How to reduce losses?
Transformers experience various types of losses during operation, primarily categorized into two main types: copper losses and iron losses.Copper LossesCopper losses, also known as I²R losses, are caused by the electrical resistance of the transformer windings—typically made of copper. As current flows through the windings, energy is dissipated in the form of heat. These losses are proportional to the square of the load current (I²R), meaning they increase significantly with high
