Description

Overview

  • With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, the application fields of electrical and electronic products are becoming increasingly wide, and the environmental conditions they endure are becoming more and more complex and diverse. Only by reasonably specifying the environmental conditions of products and correctly selecting the environmental protection measures for products can we ensure that the products are free from damage during storage and transportation and are safe and reliable during the use process. Therefore, conducting artificial simulation environmental tests on electrical and electronic products is an essential and important link to ensure their high quality. Artificial simulation environmental tests are a scientific generalization of the impact of the actual environment, with characteristics such as typification, standardization, convenience of use, and ease of comparison. The diversification of environmental conditions and the importance of environmental tests also pose more stringent requirements for environmental test equipment.

  • The damage caused by natural rainwater to products and materials incurs incalculable economic losses every year. The damages mainly include corrosion, fading, deformation, strength reduction, swelling, mildew, etc. Especially, electrical products are prone to short - circuits due to rainwater, which can easily lead to fires. Therefore, it is an essential and crucial procedure to conduct the enclosure protection water test for specific products or materials. This set of waterproof test equipment can be used to assess and determine whether the enclosures and seals of electrical and electronic products and automotive parts can ensure the good working performance of the equipment and components after or during the water test. The equipment can fully simulate the external rain - shower environment and fully reproduce the impact of the external rain - shower environment on products.

  • This equipment conducts artificial simulation rain - shower tests, excluding rainfall with strong wind speeds, and does not consider the large - scale water inflow caused by the temperature difference between the test sample and the rainwater temperature.

  • This equipment can provide corresponding environmental simulation and acceleration tests for scientific research, product development, and quality control. The performance indicators of the equipment all meet the requirements specified in national standards GB/T 4208 - 2008, GB/T 4942 - 93, and GB/T 2423.38.

Application environment

  • For the convenience of ventilation, operation, and maintenance, a certain space should be left between the equipment and adjacent items or walls to facilitate the operation of workers. There should be a space of not less than 1 - 1.5 meters in front of, behind, to the left, and to the right of the cabinet.

  • It should be installed in a place without direct sunlight.

  • It should be installed away from combustibles, explosives, and high - temperature heat sources.

  • Install it as close as possible to the power supply.

  • It is best to install the equipment in an independent room to avoid damage to other equipment that may be caused by excessive moisture during the operation.

  • The workroom should be equipped with ventilation facilities to allow for ventilation at any time.

  • The workroom should have an AC220V power supply.

  • To stabilize the performance and functions of the equipment, it should be in a working environment with an annual temperature of 15°C - 28°C and a relative humidity not higher than 85%.

  • Sharp changes in the ambient temperature and humidity of the installation site are strictly prohibited.

  • It should be installed on a level ground.

  • After the equipment is installed, sunlight should not directly shine on the surface of the equipment.

Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
