Application

With the rapid development of frequency conversion technology the frequency conversion speed control system possesses illustriousenegy-saving effect, wide adaptability projecting superiority so as to be used widely such as:steel works petrochemical industry powerplant, paper making textile metal machining and food processing etc automatic transimittal, also be used to pressure pumps ventilators and central air-conditioner etc systems. FCMC-P serial frequancy conversion motor cable possesses remarkable shielding characteristic and good restraint effect to the high frequency harmoic wave from frequancy convertor so it is an important product in the frequency conversion speed control and it can not be replaced.

To satisfy applicative requirement of large size capacity and specially large size capacity frequancy conversion speed control motor. Our company have developed 1.8/3kV,3.6/6kV, 6/6kV,6/l0kV,8.7/l0kV and 8.7/15kV rated voltage frequency conversion motor cables as well as 0.6/1kV frequency conversion motor cable.

Q: What is a variable frequency cable?

A: Frequency conversion cable is used for the connection between frequency conversion power supply and frequency conversion motor cable. It has special structure and properties.

Q: What are the characteristics of frequency conversion cables?

A: It can effectively resist high order harmonics and reduce electromagnetic interference to the surrounding equipment. It has good insulation performance and can adapt to the complex voltage and frequency changes in the frequency conversion system. Moreover, the symmetry of the frequency conversion cable is good, which can ensure the stability of signal transmission.

Q: What are the application scenarios of frequency conversion cables?

A: It is used in the industrial field, such as the connection of variable frequency speed regulating motor equipment in large factories. Like in an automated production line, the motor needs to adjust the speed according to different production processes, and the frequency conversion cable can meet this demand well. There are also some places that need to accurately control the motor speed, such as elevator systems, air conditioning systems in the frequency conversion motor and the power supply will also use frequency conversion cables.

What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
Dielectrics and insulators are distinguished primarily by their applications. One of the main differences is that a dielectric can store electrical energy by becoming polarized in an electric field, whereas an insulator resists the flow of electrons to prevent current conduction. Other key differences between them are outlined in the comparison chart below.Definition of DielectricA dielectric material is a type of insulator that contains few or no free electrons. When subjected to an electric fi

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Oil-Immersed Transformers
Oil Leakage at Welded JointsOil leakage at welded joints primarily stems from poor welding quality, such as incomplete or detached welds, and defects like pinholes and gas pores. Although oil-immersed transformers are initially coated with solder and paint during manufacturing, potentially masking these issues temporarily, the defects tend to surface during operation. Additionally, electromagnetic vibration can cause weld cracks, leading to oil leakage. To resolve such leaks, the first critical s

What losses occur during operation of the transformer? How to reduce losses?
What losses occur during operation of the transformer? How to reduce losses?
Transformers experience various types of losses during operation, primarily categorized into two main types: copper losses and iron losses.Copper LossesCopper losses, also known as I²R losses, are caused by the electrical resistance of the transformer windings—typically made of copper. As current flows through the windings, energy is dissipated in the form of heat. These losses are proportional to the square of the load current (I²R), meaning they increase significantly with high

Cable Fault Detection, Testing, Location and Repair
I. Methods for Cable Testing and Inspection:Insulation Resistance Test: Use an insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance value of the cable. A high insulation resistance value indicates good insulation, while a low value may suggest insulation problems requiring further investigation.Voltage Withstand Test: Apply a high-voltage test using a high-voltage tester to verify whether the cable can withstand high voltage under its rated operating conditions. Transformer Detection, Testing, Maintenance and Servicing
Transformer testing, inspection, and maintenance are essential tasks to ensure normal operation and extend the service life of transformers. Below are some recommended steps:Visual Inspection: Regularly inspect the transformer's exterior, including the enclosure, cooling system, and oil tank. Ensure the enclosure is intact, free from corrosion, damage, or leakage.Insulation Resistance Testing: Use an insulation resistance tester to check the transformer's insulation system. Verify that the insul
