Description

Description

The HYTBB Low-Voltage Integrated Reactive Power Compensation Cabinet is designed for distribution transformers, low-voltage feeders, and various outdoor low-voltage power distribution environments where real-time reactive power compensation is required. It integrates reactive power compensation optimization with power monitoring, achieving automatic tracking and smooth compensation performance.

By combining fixed and dynamic compensation modes, the system continuously adapts to changes in grid operating conditions, improving the stability of power factor and reducing line losses. It effectively enhances transformer utilization, increases the efficiency of transmission lines, and improves power quality at the load side.

The monitoring system supports comprehensive electrical parameter acquisition, including three-phase voltage, current, power factor, active power, temperature, and more, providing accurate data for analyzing grid operation. A capacitor current measurement function is included to ensure safe long-term operation of capacitors. The system is equipped with advanced backend management software capable of performing multi-dimensional data analysis.

The HYTBB compensation cabinet is widely used in mechanical manufacturing, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, oil fields, ports, residential areas, commercial buildings, and schools. It is especially suitable for power distribution networks with high inductive loads, frequent load fluctuation, or large changes in reactive power demand.

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

  • Why Must a Transformer Core Be Grounded at Only One Point? Isn't Multi-Point Grounding More Reliable?
Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
