Series | RN |
The insulation flange for 126kV/252kV grounding switch is a key insulation component used in high-voltage GIS equipment to isolate the grounding switch from the metal casing. It needs to meet the dual performance requirements of high voltage insulation and mechanical sealing. The following is a comprehensive technical analysis:
1、 Core performance requirements
Electrical performance
The 126kV insulation flange needs to pass the power frequency withstand voltage test of 230kV/1min and lightning impulse withstand voltage test of 550kV, with a local discharge capacity of ≤ 5pC
252kV insulated flanges need to withstand a power frequency withstand voltage of 400kV/1min and a lightning impulse withstand voltage of 950kV, with a surface electric field strength of ≤ 15kV/mm
Mechanical and sealing performance
Must withstand 50kA short-circuit current shock (3s), tensile strength ≥ 80MPa, deformation ≤ 0.45mm
The 252kV flange needs to pass a water pressure test at 1.5 times the rated pressure, with an interface stress below 70MPa and an SF6 gas leakage rate of ≤ 0.1% per year
2、 Materials and processes
Mainstream materials
Glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin (126kV) and aramid/polyester fiber epoxy composite material (252kV), with a dielectric strength of ≥ 30kV/mm
Process innovation
Vacuum impregnation process enhances fiber infiltration and reduces the risk of internal defects
The 252kV flange adopts a 3D printing+gradient material composite process to suppress electric field distortion
3、 Typical Applications and Standards
Industry standards
Must comply with GB/T 11022-2020 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards"
