Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Product Introduction

Since their advent in the 1970s, amorphous alloy transformers, with their innovative applications, have gradually become a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving power transformers. Compared with traditional silicon steel sheet core transformers, amorphous alloy transformers reduce no-load loss by 70%-80% and significantly decrease no-load current by approximately 85%. This excellent performance makes them the most energy-saving distribution transformers currently available, which not only improve energy utilization efficiency but also have significant advantages in fire prevention, explosion protection and other aspects.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for places with low power distribution efficiency and high safety requirements, such as rural power grids, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants.

Product Description

  • Amorphous Alloy Strip: Amorphous alloy strips are formed by solidifying rapidly cooled molten metal, featuring an amorphous molecular structure. Compared with silicon steel sheets, they have lower hysteresis loss and no-load current, as well as higher electromagnetic performance and energy efficiency.

  • Comparison with Silicon Steel Sheets: The no-load loss of amorphous alloy transformers is 70%-80% lower than that of silicon steel sheet transformers, with an 85% reduction in no-load current. They offer higher energy efficiency and are suitable for places with high energy-saving requirements.

  • Comparison with Other Transformers: Compared with traditional dry-type transformers, amorphous alloy transformers perform better in energy saving, temperature rise control, and noise reduction, making them suitable for high-efficiency and safe power needs.

  • Independent Production Process: The production process of amorphous alloy transformers includes precise amorphous alloy strip production and special heat treatment processes, ensuring the excellent performance of the core material.

  • High Efficiency and Long Service Life: Due to low loss and low temperature rise, amorphous alloy transformers have a long service life, usually exceeding 20 years, which reduces maintenance costs.

  • Environmental Protection and Safety: Amorphous alloy transformers use environmentally friendly materials, with good flame retardancy and high-temperature resistance. They operate with low noise, making them suitable for places with strict environmental requirements.

In practical work, insulation resistance of distribution transformers is generally measured twice: the insulation resistance between thehigh-voltage (HV) windingand thelow-voltage (LV) winding plus the transformer tank, and the insulation resistance between theLV windingand theHV winding plus the transformer tank.If both measurements yield acceptable values, it indicates that the insulation among the HV winding, LV winding, and transformer tank is qualified.
