This product series encompasses 10kV and 35kV Double-Split Rectifier Transformers, available in both Dry-Type and Oil-Immersed designs. They are engineered to provide two identical, isolated, and phase-shifted secondary outputs for 12-pulse or higher rectifier systems. By significantly reducing harmonic currents on the primary side, these transformers enhance power quality, improve system reliability, and are the ideal power conversion solution for medium-voltage, high-power industrial applications requiring clean and stable DC power.
Double-Split Secondary Winding:
The core feature is the two identical secondary windings, which provide the necessary phase displacement (e.g., 30-degree shift) for multi-pulse rectification, effectively canceling out characteristic harmonics.
Dual Insulation Technology Options:
Dry-Type: Utilizes epoxy resin or VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) technology. Offers high safety with no risk of oil leakage, ideal for fire-sensitive indoor installations like mines or buildings.
Oil-Immersed: Provides superior cooling and insulation strength, making it suitable for high-power, continuous-duty applications in harsh outdoor or industrial environments.
Excellent Harmonic Mitigation:
Specifically designed to withstand and minimize the negative effects of harmonic currents generated by rectifiers, reducing voltage distortion and compliance with grid quality standards.
High Reliability and Robust Construction:
Built with high-quality materials and rigorous manufacturing processes. Dry-type versions offer high thermal class insulation, while oil-immersed versions feature robust tanks and efficient cooling systems for long service life.
Flexible Configuration:
Available across a range of power ratings and can be customized with specific voltage levels, impedance values, and BIL (Basic Impulse Level) to meet unique system requirements.
