The RNVD-12 SF6 circuit breaker operating mechanism is a supporting equipment suitable for the opening and closing operations of circuit breakers in inflatable high-voltage ring main units. This series of circuit breaker mechanisms uses tension spring midpoint control to close the circuit breaker, and compression spring energy storage control to open the circuit breaker. Split type button refers to the button body installed on the mechanism button column, with a dust-proof and error proof cover on the button operating part, installed on the cabinet panel to meet the functional requirements of dust-proof and error proof.

Instructions for use and operation
Energy storage operation:
Install and fix the mechanism cabinet, insert the mechanism specific handle into the operating shaft located at the lower right of the mechanism, and rotate the handle clockwise until a "click" sound is heard (at this time, the energy storage indicator shaft will slightly push the energy storage to the fully closed state) to store the energy in place. When operated electrically, the mechanism will automatically run energy storage after being powered on. Once the energy storage is in place, the motor circuit will be disconnected, the energy storage will remain, and wait for the energy release to close (the secondary circuit must be ensured to be accurate and error free during electric operation).
Closing operation:
Press the green button to instantly release the closing energy storage, and the mechanism will push the circuit breaker switch to complete the main circuit closing. During electric operation, the closing electromagnetic coil is powered on, and the energy storage is instantly released by the closing electromagnet. The mechanism pushes the circuit breaker switch to complete the main circuit closing, and at the same time, the opening spring is stored with energy (energy can continue to be stored at this time, but it cannot be closed again under the anti misoperation interlock)
Opening operation:
Press the red button to instantly release the disconnection energy storage, and the mechanism will push the circuit breaker switch to complete the main circuit disconnection. During electric operation, power is applied to the opening electromagnetic coil, and the energy storage is released instantly by the opening electromagnet. The mechanism pushes the circuit breaker switch to complete the main circuit opening.
