Product Detail

Product Overview:

Photovoltaic power generation inverter isolation transformer is a technology that directly converts light energy into electrical energy by using the photogenerated volt effect at the semiconductor interface. The key element of this technology is the solar cell. Solar cells can be encapsulated and protected in series to form large-area solar cell modules. Combined with the power controller and other components, a photovoltaic power generation device is formed.

Photovoltaic transformers are generally used for solar inverters. Because the photovoltaic transformer itself has low photoelectric efficiency. Therefore, the high efficiency of the transformer is especially required.

Grid-side wiring of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter isolation transformer. Dyn11. YD5. Phase shift 120 degrees. The PV isolation transformer can be set to work during the day. Stop at night to reduce no-load loss of electrical energy.Three-phase photovoltaic transformer parameters for reference.

Key Features:

  • Dedicated to PV systems, it achieves electrical safety isolation, blocks grid interference, provides a pure power environment for inverters, and ensures stable operation.

  • Supports flexible voltage matching, adapts to the voltage requirements of various photovoltaic inverters, realizes precise voltage transformation, transmits electrical energy efficiently, and improves power generation utilization.

  • Adopts high - quality iron core and winding technology, featuring low loss, high efficiency, and low temperature rise, which extends the equipment service life and reduces the operation and maintenance costs of the photovoltaic system.

  • Possesses strong anti - interference capability, suppresses harmonics, surges, etc., ensures the output power quality of the inverter, and is suitable for complex photovoltaic application scenarios.

  • Compact structure, suitable for the spatial layout of photovoltaic power stations; excellent protection performance, adaptable to outdoor temperature differences, humidity and other environments, and operates stably and reliably.

What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
Dielectrics and insulators are distinguished primarily by their applications. One of the main differences is that a dielectric can store electrical energy by becoming polarized in an electric field, whereas an insulator resists the flow of electrons to prevent current conduction. Other key differences between them are outlined in the comparison chart below.Definition of DielectricA dielectric material is a type of insulator that contains few or no free electrons. When subjected to an electric fi

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Oil-Immersed Transformers
Oil Leakage at Welded JointsOil leakage at welded joints primarily stems from poor welding quality, such as incomplete or detached welds, and defects like pinholes and gas pores. Although oil-immersed transformers are initially coated with solder and paint during manufacturing, potentially masking these issues temporarily, the defects tend to surface during operation. Additionally, electromagnetic vibration can cause weld cracks, leading to oil leakage. To resolve such leaks, the first critical s

What losses occur during operation of the transformer? How to reduce losses?
Transformers experience various types of losses during operation, primarily categorized into two main types: copper losses and iron losses.Copper LossesCopper losses, also known as I²R losses, are caused by the electrical resistance of the transformer windings—typically made of copper. As current flows through the windings, energy is dissipated in the form of heat. These losses are proportional to the square of the load current (I²R), meaning they increase significantly with high
