RT100 is applied in power and other work sites, such as distribution rooms, switch rooms, and relay protection rooms. The robot adopts a rail-mounted servo walking mode, is equipped with a high-definition camera and an infrared thermal imager, and integrates core technologies such as network communication technology, multi-sensor fusion technology, image analysis algorithms, and real-time database technology. It realizes long-distance, all-round autonomous identification of infrared temperature measurement of switch cabinets, partial discharge detection, signal status indicators of cabinet surfaces and protection devices, as well as fully automatic identification and reading of the status of pressure plates in protection screens of relay protection rooms, the position of air switches, the status of current terminals, device signal light indicators, and digital display instruments. At the same time, it adopts a guide rail sliding contact power supply mode, which ensures uninterrupted power supply for 24-hour continuous patrols, and can also perform special patrols with custom cycles and equipment.

RT100 is an intelligent inspection robot designed for inspection in areas such as machine rooms, distribution rooms, and switch rooms.
Rail power supply, carrier communication, 7*24-hour equipment online The robot rail system uses a sliding contact line to supply power to the system while also providing 100M broadband network communication. It can ensure the system runs continuously for 24 hours without the need for charging and waiting. The track uses DC 24V to DC 29V direct current to power the system, and the supply voltage is within the safe voltage range.
1.8-meter large-stroke lifting capacity
The robot can move freely along the track in the indoor equipment room. When it reaches the position set for the task, since the detection equipment is very close to the detected equipment, it can automatically adjust the vertical position of the detection equipment through the lifting platform, and the lifting adjustment distance can be set up to 1.8 meters. By adjusting the vertical distance, the best shooting angle can be obtained, thereby improving the image recognition rate.
