The wheeled inspection robot is an intelligent robot that realizes autonomous movement, self-management, automatic obstacle avoidance, and automatic charging. It can perform continuous and uninterrupted patrol and inspection operations, and is a solution for automated inspection of equipment status in factory areas through intelligent robots. The robot body is equipped with a high-performance infrared and visible light dual-channel video server and a wireless communication system, which can meet the relevant functional requirements of observing the surrounding environment, monitoring equipment operation status, checking equipment thermal faults, automatically identifying meter readings, and detecting noise faults in the plant. The inspection robot can realize all-weather and fully autonomous inspection of the plant, effectively reducing labor intensity and substation operation and maintenance costs, and improving the automation and intelligence level of inspection operations and management. Wheeled inspection robots can be applied to substations / booster stations / railway traction substations / power plants (thermal power / hydropower / wind power / photovoltaic power) / chemical plants

Laser SLAM Navigation
SLAM stands for Simultaneous Localization and Mapping. It refers to the process where a robot, in an unknown environment, uses its own internal sensors (such as encoders, IMU, etc.) and external sensors (laser sensors) to localize itself, and on the basis of this localization, incrementally builds an environmental map using the environmental information obtained by the external sensors.
15°climbing ability
The robot is driven by a four-wheel drive system, featuring strong climbing and obstacle-surmounting capabilities. The designed climbing parameter is 15°, and it can adapt to hard surfaces such as cement and asphalt on slopes.
Omnidirectional PTZ with infinite presets
The robot is equipped with a dual-compartment PTZ that can rotate 360° horizontally and tilt from -90° to 90°. It adopts a worm gear structure, which can ensure precise position locking during the robot's movement. At the same time, combined with high-precision positioning and position feedback technology, it saves each preset position in user data, achieving the capability of infinite presets on site.
Intelligent inspection & intelligent linkage
The robot adopts a combination of fixed-point inspection, environmental inspection, access control system, etc., to conduct full-coverage patrols on plant and station equipment, analyze and judge the safety status of the equipment, and take photos to record the equipment conditions; the fixed cameras are linked with the equipment monitoring sensor modules, and the abnormal location is locked when the equipment is abnormal.
Equipped with various environmental detection sensor modules
The robot is equipped with smoke sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, hydrogen leakage sensors, ammonia sensors (optional), etc. Gas analysis includes detecting the concentration of hydrogen leakage in the air and the concentrations of toxic and combustible gases (CO, H2S, CH4, ammonia). Alarm limits can be set manually, including low temperature and high temperature alarm limits, and humidity alarm limits.
Collaborative detection with fixed-point sensors
For certain areas where robots cannot easily enter or exit, and some areas where robots cannot effectively detect, fixed-point sensors, fixed-point monitoring devices, etc. can be installed. These devices can coordinate with robots to form a composite inspection system, thereby enabling the inspection coverage rate of the entire system to reach 100%. For key areas, 24-hour uninterrupted on-duty inspection coverage can also be achieved.
Four-wheel drive & rainproof and waterproof
The robot is driven by four wheels, with strong climbing and obstacle-crossing capabilities, and can cope with common outdoor rainy weather and humid environments.TE
