Description

Product Introduction

The oil-immersed amorphous amorphous alloy amorphous alloy distribution transformer uses amorphous alloy materials for its core, featuring extremely low no-load loss and no-load current, providing efficient and low-energy-consumption power transmission. The oil-immersed design utilizes transformer oil as a cooling medium, which can effectively dissipate heat and improve the operational stability of the transformer. This transformer has relatively low temperature rise and noise, extending the service life of the equipment, and is particularly suitable for long-term operation in power distribution applications.

Scope of Application

Oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformers are widely used in urban and rural power distribution systems, especially suitable for places with high requirements for high efficiency, energy saving and long-term stable operation. They are extensively applied in industrial enterprises (such as metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, etc.), urban high-rise buildings, commercial areas, transportation infrastructure (such as subways, airports, stations) and other public facilities that require stable power supply.

Product Description

  • Innovative Material: Amorphous alloy strips are used as the core material. The amorphous alloy forms an amorphous structure through a rapid cooling process, featuring significantly low hysteresis loss and no-load current. Its electromagnetic performance far exceeds that of traditional silicon steel sheets.

  • Excellent Energy-saving Performance: The no-load loss of oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformers is 70%-80% lower than that of silicon steel sheet transformers, and the no-load current is reduced by about 85%, greatly reducing energy consumption.

  • Low Temperature Rise and Long Durability: The low-loss characteristic of the amorphous alloy material itself results in low operating temperature rise of the oil-immersed transformer, which reduces the aging of insulation materials, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.

  • Efficient Cooling for Improved Stability: Oil-immersed cooling technology is adopted to effectively solve the heat dissipation problem under high-temperature loads. Transformer oil, as a cooling medium, prevents overheating and faults, improving overall reliability and safety.

  • Environmentally Friendly Design with Low Noise Operation: The oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformer not only meets environmental protection standards, but also uses non-toxic and flame-retardant materials. It operates with low noise, making it particularly suitable for places with high noise requirements.

  • Significant Cost-effectiveness: Thanks to its extremely low energy consumption, long service life and low maintenance requirements, the oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformer can recover the investment in a relatively short time and bring higher long-term economic benefits.

Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
