The MP50 CNC busbar punching machine is a high-precision hydraulic CNC device specially designed for busbar processing of high and low voltage electrical equipment, focusing on punching operations of conductive busbars such as copper bars, aluminum bars and flat steel. It can punch busbars with a maximum thickness of 50mm, and the maximum punching diameter is compatible with bolt holes of M5~M30 specifications. Integrating core functions including servo positioning, multi-mold storage and one-click programming, this equipment has a punching positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, with smooth and burr-free hole walls without secondary grinding. It is widely used in the production and processing of switchgear, transformers, distribution cabinets and electrical switchgear assemblies, meeting the needs of both mass standardized punching and small-batch customized hole position processing.
