Product Detail

Product Overview

36kV Indoor Single-Phase Epoxy Resin Type Epoxy resin casting and double pole insulated VT, is widely used for measuring  , electric energy and protective relaying in the isolated neutral system with the frequency 50Hz or 60Hz and insulation voltage 36 kV (Up to 40.5kV).The iron core adopts advanced cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. High voltage outgoing line of primary winding was fetched out from top of the product; outgoing line of secondary winding was fetched out from transverse side of the product.

Feature

  • Precise Voltage Measurement: Features high-precision core and winding design with 0.2-class accuracy, stably and accurately converting 36kV high voltage to low-voltage signals, meeting strict requirements for energy metering and monitoring.

  • Indoor Environment Adaptation: Specifically designed for 36kV indoor substations, with a compact structure that occupies little space. Adapts to enclosed indoor electrical environments, avoiding external interference for stable operation.

  • Reliable Insulation Performance: Uses epoxy resin casting insulation technology to fully encapsulate primary/secondary windings and core, ensuring high insulation strength. Withstands 36kV rated voltage, excelling in anti-corona and partial discharge resistance.

  • Convenient & Efficient Installation: Complies with standardized dimensions, supporting multiple mounting methods (wall-mounted, bracket-fixed). Requires no complex debugging, enabling quick integration into existing power distribution systems to reduce installation costs.

  • Stable Operation Guarantee: Boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability, maintaining stable output during voltage fluctuations and load changes. Extends service life and reduces maintenance frequency.

Analysis of Issues and Causes in Smart Meter Testing
Analysis of Issues and Causes in Smart Meter Testing
1. Issues and Cause Analysis in Smart Electricity Meter TestingDuring the verification of smart electricity meters, inspections must be conducted on the meter’s appearance, as well as the clarity and integrity of nameplate markings. Additionally, careful checks are required for physical damage and whether the display can show digits completely. A power-on inspection is also necessary. If error codes appear on the display after power-up, faults should be identified and addressed according to the

What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
Dielectrics and insulators are distinguished primarily by their applications. One of the main differences is that a dielectric can store electrical energy by becoming polarized in an electric field, whereas an insulator resists the flow of electrons to prevent current conduction. Other key differences between them are outlined in the comparison chart below.Definition of DielectricA dielectric material is a type of insulator that contains few or no free electrons. When subjected to an electric fi
