According to the fire protection requirements, substations and distribution equipment must be "oil-free", and with regard to the rational use of building area, transformers and distribution equipment. Due to the need for further miniaturization of equipment, annular bodies, vacuum circuit breakers, dry-type transformers and dry-type transformers are suitable for high-rise buildings under construction. The ring network cabinet has the advantages of simple structure, stable and safe operation, low maintenance cost and low operation cost. Compared with the switchgear with circuit breaker, it has outstanding advantages. The ring main cabinet needs higher function and smaller size load switch.

Product features

Cabinet structure: the inflatable compartment is made of 3 ~ 5mm thick stainless steel plate, which is welded by welding robot after being processed by NC machine tool, with less welding deformation and good air tightness. The other compartments are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which is welded after NC bending, with the characteristics of high precision and good strength; Each functional unit is an independent module, which is very convenient for assembly. Each sealed compartment of the cabinet is equipped with an independent pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety and equipment operation to the greatest extent. b. Protection grade: IP67 for inflation isolation; Low voltage cabinet is IP4X.

Normal service conditions

• Ambient air temperature: maximum 40 ℃, (average value within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃), minimum - 25 ℃

• Altitude: no more than 3000m (coordinate with the manufacturer when it exceeds 3000m)

• Air humidity: the average value of daily relative humidity shall not be greater than 95%, and the average value of monthly relative humidity shall not be greater than 90%

• The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kV
