Product Detail
Description

The compact solid insulated ring main unit is a fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free solid insulated vacuum switchgear that does not use SF6 gas. All high-voltage live parts are molded with epoxy resin material with excellent insulation performance, and the vacuum interrupter, main conductive circuit, insulating support, etc. are organically combined into a whole, and the functional units are connected by a fully insulated solid bus bar. Therefore, the entire switchgear is not affected by the external environment, which can ensure the reliability of the operation of the device and the safety of the operator.

This product is suitable for 12kV, 50Hz three-phase AC power distribution system, used for ring network power supply or terminal power supply, especially suitable for subway, chemical industry, petroleum, underground power distribution room of building, etc., where the site is small, the environment is harsh, and maintenance-free is required Electric places can also be used in outdoor pre-installed substations, outdoor box-type switch stations and other equipment, and can be equipped with protection devices, communication modules, and backup power sources to realize power distribution automation.

Product category

According to the switch type, it is divided into load switch with grounding assembly (referred to as C module), load switch without grounding assembly (referred to as CB module), circuit breaker with grounding assembly (referred to as V module), and circuit breaker without grounding assembly (VB module for short), circuit breaker contact switch (VZ module for short), load switch + fuse combined electrical switch assembly (F module for short) and isolation switch and assembly (G module for short).

Use environment

  • Ambient temperature: air temperature +55℃, temperature -30℃;
  • Altitude: ≤2000mm
  • Ambient humidity: the average value of Sundi is not more than 95%, and the monthly relative average value is not more than 90%;
  • Earthquake intensity: no more than 8;
  • There is no fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Executive standard

  • IEC 62271-1-2011 High-voltage switchgear and control equipment.
  • IEC 62271-200-2011 High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Part 200: Metal-enclosed AC switchgear and control equipment for rated voltages above 1kV and below 52k (including 52kV).
  • GB 1984-2003 High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker.
  • GB 1985-2004 High voltage AC isolation start and grounding switch.
  • GB 3804-2004 3.6kV~40.5kV high voltage AC load switch.
  • GB 16926-2009 AC load switch-fuse combination electrical appliance.
  • GB/T 11022-2011 Common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standards.
  • DL/T 403-2000 12kV-40.5kV high voltage vacuum circuit breaker ordering technical conditions.
  • Q/GDW 730-2012 12kV solid insulation ring network cabinet technical conditions.
  • 1016006-0010-AO 12kV solid insulated ring network cabinet general technical specifications.

Application advantages of ring main unit

  • Application in environmental protection areas: The product is a solid insulation vacuum arc extinguishing technology, does not contain SF6 greenhouse gas, and will not produce harmful gases after operation.
  • Application in high-temperature areas: SF6 gas is not used, and there is no need to consider the influence of air box pressure during high-temperature operation.
  • Application in low temperature areas: SF6 gas is not used, and there is no need to consider the problem of liquefaction of SF6 gas at low temperature.
  • Application in plateau areas: SF6 gas is not used, and there is no need to consider the influence of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the gas box on the deformation of the gas box.
  • Application in explosion-proof places: The product adopts vacuum interrupter for arc extinguishing. The vacuum interrupter is a negative pressure product, which is poured into the solid medium at the same time, which strengthens its explosion-proof performance and is suitable for applications in explosion-proof places.
  • Application in basement: The relative density of SF6 gas is 5 times that of air in the same state. The leaked SF6 gas and its decomposition products are not easy to diffuse, and will accumulate in low-lying areas, which can easily cause injury and suffocation to maintenance personnel.
  • Application in frequent operation places: the mechanical life of the solid insulation main switch exceeds 10,000 times.
  • Application in dirty places: The product adopts solid insulation technology, the protection level of the switch body is IP67, and the fully insulated and sealed structure has no exposed live parts.

How does a transformer work?
How does a transformer work?
Transformer Operation PrincipleA transformer is an electrical device that operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction to transfer electrical energy from one circuit to another. It enables the adjustment of voltage levels within an alternating current (AC) system, either stepping up (increasing) or stepping down (decreasing) voltage while maintaining the same frequency.Working Principle:Basic ComponentsA transformer consists of two coils, known as windings—the "primary winding" connect

Constant testing of high-voltage cable lines
Constant testing of high-voltage cable lines
1. Definition of High-Voltage Cable Line Constant TestingHigh-voltage cable line constant testing refers to the systematic measurement, using specialized instruments, of electrical parameters such as resistance, inductance, capacitance, and conductance before a cable line is commissioned or after major maintenance. The aim is to obtain fundamental data characterizing the electromagnetic properties of the cable, serving as a critical testing phase that provides accurate parameter support for powe

Withstand voltage test of high-voltage cables
Withstand voltage test of high-voltage cables
Withstand voltage test is an insulation test, but it is a destructive test that can reveal insulation defects difficult to detect in non-destructive testing.The test cycle for high-voltage cables is three years, and it must be conducted after non-destructive tests. In other words, the withstand voltage test is performed only after all non-destructive tests have been passed.Most high-voltage cables used today are cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables, which can have large cross-sections and cov

Analysis of Abnormal Causes of High-Voltage Cable Grounding Circulation and Typical Cases
I. Introduction to Cable Grounding Loop CurrentCables rated 110 kV and above use a single-core structure. The alternating magnetic field generated by the operating current induces a voltage on the metallic sheath. If the sheath forms a closed circuit through the earth, a grounding loop current will flow on the metallic sheath. Excessive grounding loop current (loop current exceeding 50 A, more than 20% of the load current, or a ratio of maximum-to-minimum phase current greater than 3) not only a
