Product Detail

Product Overview

JDZXW-36W2 voltage transformer adopts outdoor epoxy resin material casting and single pole insulated voltage transformer, is widely used for measuring current, electric energy and protective relaying in the electric system with the frequency 50Hz or 60Hz and highest voltage for equipment 36 kV (Up to ~40.5kV).

The iron core adopts advanced cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. High voltage outgoing line of primary winding was fetched out from top of the product; outgoing line of secondary winding was fetched out from transverse side of the product.

Key Features

  • Outdoor Protection Design:Adopts silicone rubber composite insulation jacket with IP67 protection rating, resisting salt fog, dust, UV radiation, and other harsh environmental factors to ensure long-term outdoor operational stability. The external insulation creepage distance ≥31mm/kV, suitable for Class Ⅲ and above pollution areas, effectively reducing the risk of fouling flashover accidents.

  • High-precision Voltage Conversion:Utilizes high-quality silicon steel core and optimized electromagnetic design, with voltage ratio error controlled within Class 0.2 and phase difference ≤10', providing precise voltage signals for metering devices and relay protection systems to meet high-precision measurement requirements of power systems.

  • Wide Temperature Adaptability:Operates within the temperature range of -40℃~+70℃, using low-temperature tough epoxy resin and high-temperature resistant insulation materials to ensure stable performance in extreme temperature environments and avoid insulation aging caused by temperature changes.

  • High Insulation Reliability:The insulation system passes 36kV/75kV/170kV withstand voltage tests with partial discharge ≤5pC, and is equipped with built-in overvoltage protection devices to effectively prevent damage from switching overvoltage and lightning impulse.

What are the differences between an alternating current generator and a direct current generator?
What are the differences between an alternating current generator and a direct current generator?
Main Differences Between AC and DC GeneratorsAn electrical machine is a device that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy and vice versa. A generator is a type of such machine that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. However, the electrical energy generated can be in either alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC) form. Thus, the primary difference between AC and DC generators is that they generate alternating current and direct current respectively. While there

What is an electricity meter?
What is an electricity meter?
Definition: An energy meter is a device used to measure the electrical energy consumed by an electrical load. Electrical energy refers to the total power consumed and utilized by a load over a specific period of time. Energy meters are used in domestic and industrial AC circuits to measure power consumption. They are relatively inexpensive and accurate.Construction of an Energy MeterThe construction of a single - phase energy meter is shown in the figure below. The energy meter consists of four m

Analysis of the Principle of Second - harmonic Restraint for Overcurrent Protection of Distribution Automation Switches
Analysis of the Principle of Second - harmonic Restraint for Overcurrent Protection of Distribution Automation Switches
Substance of Second - harmonic Restraint in Overcurrent ProtectionThe substance of second - harmonic restraint in overcurrent protection is to use the second - harmonic component to judge whether the current is a fault current or an excitation inrush current. When the percentage of the second - harmonic component to the fundamental - wave component is greater than a certain value, it is judged to be caused by the excitation inrush current, and the overcurrent protection is blocked. Therefore, the

What are the common faults of low-voltage voltage transformers?
What are the common faults of low-voltage voltage transformers?
Open - Circuit Fault on the Secondary SideOpen - circuit in the secondary side is a typical fault of low - voltage voltage transformers, showing abnormal voltmeter readings (zero/fluctuation), faulty power meters, buzzing noises, and core overheating. When open - circuited, the secondary voltage spikes (no secondary current to balance the primary EMF), causing core saturation, flux distortion, and potential overheating/damage.Causes include loose terminals, poor contact, or human error. Why are the ground fault point and the accident point not at the same location?
Why are the ground fault point and the accident point not at the same location?
Fault Transfer VoltageIn low - voltage distribution systems, there is a type of personal electric shock accident where the accident occurrence point and the system fault point are not at the same location. This kind of accident occurs because after a ground fault happens elsewhere, the generated fault voltage is conducted to the metal casings of other equipment through the PE wire or PEN wire. When the fault voltage on the metal casing of the equipment is higher than the human - body safe voltag
