Description

The HT series waterproof distribution boxes feature a bottom shell and front frame made of ABS new material, while their transparent covers are designed with PC new material. These components exhibit excellent toughness, high strength, superior impact resistance, and a long service life, making them suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments, including waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant applications.

Features of HT type waterproof distribution box:
IP65 protection level
Both the cover and bottom shell are wrapped with waterproof sealing strips, providing better waterproof performance.
Lock lock structure
The locking positions of the frame and cover are thickened, making the structure more reliable.
Comes with circuit baffle
The left and right sides of the face frame are equipped with circuit baffles, which have partial filling function and are easy to disassemble. The face frame has a structure that cannot be loosened
1. The fixed frame is made of screws that cannot be loosened, and after loosening the frame, the screws will not be missed.
2. The fixing screw is located on the outside of the waterproof strip for better waterproof performance.
Cover hinge structure
1. The opening angle of the face cover is ≥ 115 °;
2. The cover can be fixed at the opening angle;
3. Face cover closing and closing life ≥ 500 times
Attachment bag installation package
The attachment package includes: 4 plastic expansion tubes with a diameter of 6 * 30 and 4 M4 * 25 self tapping screws.
Multi ring knock off holes are engraved on the surface of the knock off holes to facilitate the selection of cable connector specifications, and reserved hole positioning holes are provided. The copper terminal assembly terminal block can pass the 960 ℃ hot wire test, ensuring safety performance.
