Description

Product Overview

Epoxy resin casting insulation and fully enclosed support construction, encloses the primary & secondary windings and annular core in the epoxy resin casting body. The product has large periphery insulation creepage distance, withstanding dirtiness and dampness. Be suitable for measuring electric capacity, current and protective relaying in the power system of 36kV (Up to 40.5 kV).

Key Features

  • 36kV-Class Outdoor High-Voltage Adaptation Design:The LZZW-36 outdoor current transformer is engineered with a 36kV rated voltage, achieving insulation levels of 95kV for lightning impulse and 50kV for power frequency withstand voltage. It strictly adheres to GB/T 4703.2 and IEC 60044-2 standards, optimized specifically for outdoor substations, box-type substations, overhead lines, and other scenarios operating at 35kV and below. Its structural design fully accounts for the long-term operational demands of high-voltage outdoor environments, effectively resisting voltage fluctuations and insulation aging to minimize equipment failure risks caused by insulation breakdown, ensuring stable operation of the power system.

  • All-Weather Protection Structure:This product features a dual-protection barrier composed of silicone rubber composite insulation materials and a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy enclosure. It withstands 8,000 hours of UV aging testing, enduring prolonged outdoor exposure; achieves IP68 protection for continuous operation 1.5 meters underwater, while special structural designs resist 25mm/h snowfall and 15mm ice loads. Verified by 2,500 hours of salt spray testing, it offers a creepage distance of 25mm/kV, adapting to diverse harsh outdoor environments such as coastal areas, high-altitude regions, and cold zones, thereby reducing the impact of climatic factors on device performance.

  • Dual-Winding High-Precision Measurement System:Integrating a 0.2S-class metering winding and a 5P20-class protection winding, the metering winding maintains a ratio error ≤±0.2% within 1%–120% of rated current, meeting high-precision energy metering and line loss analysis requirements. The protection winding exhibits a composite error ≤5% at 20 times rated current with a response time ≤10ms, enabling rapid triggering of relay protection devices to ensure safe disconnection during grid faults. Equipped with two sets of ratio taps (e.g., 400/5A, 600/5A), adjustable via an outdoor-sealed switch without disassembly, it adapts flexibly to varying load currents, enhancing on-site application versatility.

  • Intelligent Monitoring & Multi-Mode Communication:Embedded with sensors for temperature (-40°C–+100°C), humidity, and insulation status, the device collects real-time operational data. It supports protocols such as Modbus RTU and IEC 61850-9-2 while retaining a 4–20mA analog output, enabling seamless integration into smart grid monitoring systems or compatibility with traditional monitoring equipment. Through edge computing modules, it locally analyzes data to remotely push early warnings for anomalies, reducing outdoor inspection frequency and operational costs—ideal for intelligent management of remote outdoor equipment.
