Product Detail

Product Overview

Designed for 24kV outdoor applications, this transformer features IP68 protection, 7000-hour UV resistance, and 2000-hour salt spray tolerance. With dual 0.2S/5P20 windings and adjustable ratio taps (300/5A-600/5A), it delivers high-precision metering and fast fault response in harsh environments. Compliant with IEC 60044-2, it ensures reliable performance in coastal, high-altitude, or extreme temperature conditions.

Key Features

  • Nanocrystalline Alloy Core Technology:The core is made of nanocrystalline alloy material, which, compared with traditional silicon steel sheet cores, increases magnetic permeability by 30% and reduces no-load loss by 40%. Within the range of 5%~120% rated current, the ratio error is controlled within ±0.15% and the phase difference is ≤4', significantly improving measurement accuracy under small current conditions, especially suitable for light-load fluctuation scenarios such as distributed photovoltaic systems.

  • Adaptive Load Regulation Function:Equipped with an intelligent load monitoring module, it can sense changes in primary side current in real-time. When the current is lower than 30% of the rated value, it automatically activates low-power mode to reduce its own energy consumption; when the current suddenly increases to more than 120%, it quickly switches to overload protection status to ensure the safety of secondary side equipment. It can adapt to complex load fluctuations without manual intervention.

  • Integrated Anti-Vibration Installation Structure:The bottom adopts a spring damping design with rubber buffer pads, which can withstand continuous vibration of 10~50Hz, and the vibration acceleration tolerance reaches 10g, far higher than the industry's conventional 5g standard. It is suitable for outdoor installation scenarios close to strong vibration sources such as substation reactors and fans, avoiding wiring looseness or component fatigue caused by long-term vibration.

  • Wide Temperature Range Intelligent Cooling System:Optimized for extreme temperature difference environments, when the winding temperature exceeds 80℃, the built-in micro cooling fan (power consumption ≤5W) is automatically activated. Combined with the shell cooling fins, it can control the winding temperature within 100℃ in +90℃ environment; the fan automatically hibernates in low-temperature environments to reduce energy loss, ensuring stable operation in the full temperature range of -35℃~+90℃.

What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
Dielectrics and insulators are distinguished primarily by their applications. One of the main differences is that a dielectric can store electrical energy by becoming polarized in an electric field, whereas an insulator resists the flow of electrons to prevent current conduction. Other key differences between them are outlined in the comparison chart below.Definition of DielectricA dielectric material is a type of insulator that contains few or no free electrons. When subjected to an electric fi

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Oil-Immersed Transformers
Oil Leakage at Welded JointsOil leakage at welded joints primarily stems from poor welding quality, such as incomplete or detached welds, and defects like pinholes and gas pores. Although oil-immersed transformers are initially coated with solder and paint during manufacturing, potentially masking these issues temporarily, the defects tend to surface during operation. Additionally, electromagnetic vibration can cause weld cracks, leading to oil leakage. To resolve such leaks, the first critical s

What losses occur during operation of the transformer? How to reduce losses?
Transformers experience various types of losses during operation, primarily categorized into two main types: copper losses and iron losses.Copper LossesCopper losses, also known as I²R losses, are caused by the electrical resistance of the transformer windings—typically made of copper. As current flows through the windings, energy is dissipated in the form of heat. These losses are proportional to the square of the load current (I²R), meaning they increase significantly with high
