FAQ
Q: What are the core functions and advantages of the GPS8-05 Protector?
A:

The core functions focus on safety protection, intelligence and convenience, with advantages in three key dimensions:

· Four-in-one comprehensive protection: Integrates overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and leakage protection, accurately identifies circuit abnormalities, quickly cuts off faults, and avoids equipment burnout and electric shock risks.

·  High-precision intelligent monitoring: Equipped with a professional metering chip, it real-time detects voltage, current, power factor and cumulative power consumption with a measurement error ≤1%, facilitating energy management.

·  Flexible parameter configuration: Supports custom setting of overvoltage (230V-300V), undervoltage (140V-210V), overcurrent (1A-80A) thresholds and action delay time, adapting to different scenario requirements.

·  Humanized design: A large-size clear display intuitively shows parameters, supporting standard DIN rail installation and optional automatic/manual reset dual modes for convenient and efficient operation.

Q: What is the GPS8-05 Voltage/Current Protector?
A:

The GPS8-05 Voltage/Current Protector is a high-performance electrical safety device integrating four-in-one protection (overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, leakage) and intelligent monitoring, specially designed for residential power distribution, small commercial buildings and industrial control scenarios. Compatible with AC 220V rated voltage and 50-60Hz frequency, it covers a working voltage range of 80V-400V, and can real-time monitor core parameters such as voltage, current, power and power consumption. When a circuit abnormality occurs, it quickly cuts off the fault loop within 0.1-10 seconds, and supports automatic or manual reset after the fault is eliminated without continuous manual monitoring, fully protecting electrical equipment and personal electrical safety.

A Brief Discussion on the Selection of Grounding Transformers in Boost StationsThe grounding transformer, commonly referred to as "grounding transformer," operates under the condition of being no-load during normal grid operation and overloaded during short-circuit faults. According to the difference in filling medium, common types can be divided into oil-immersed and dry-type; according to phase number, they can be classified into three-phase and single-phase grounding transformers.
