Product overview

Compact substations, mini substations, and prefabricated substations are innovative alternatives to traditional indoor substations. These advanced units are engineered to fulfill diverse user requirements, including electric energy measurement, reactive power compensation, and customized high and low voltage configurations. They embody the future of small and medium-sized power distribution infrastructure.

Technical Specifications

  • Electrical Parameters: Rated for AC frequencies of 50Hz/60HZ, with a maximum operating voltage of 35KV and a maximum operating current of 5000A.

  • Wide Application: Ideal for industrial and mining enterprises, ports, public facilities, high-rise buildings, and residential communities. Our products have a strong global footprint, predominantly exported to Asia, Africa, and other regions. We also offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services to meet unique client needs.

  •  Standards Compliance: Adheres to international and national standards such as IEC60067 and GB 17467-2010, ensuring quality and reliability.

Product Advantages

  • Cutting-edge Technology: Boasting a fully enclosed and insulated structure, these substations ensure safe and reliable operation. They are user-friendly, virtually maintenance-free, and offer cost-effective solutions with low equipment investment.

  • Robust Shell Design: The casing features excellent durability, thermal insulation, and ventilation. It demonstrates stable performance in various environments, with corrosion resistance, dustproof, and waterproof properties, while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Multiple shell materials are available, including steel plates, composite plates, stainless steel plates, and cement plates, with protection grades up to IP67.

Functional Configuration

Independent Compartments:

  • Divided into three separate areas: high voltage room, low voltage room, and transformer room.

  • High Voltage Room: Equipped with XGN15, HXGN17, or SF6 switchgear, ensuring efficient high-voltage management. Low Voltage Side: Utilizes panel or cabinet-mounted structures, enabling the creation of customized power supply schemes. It supports functions like power distribution, lighting control, reactive power compensation, and energy metering. The main switch can be a universal circuit breaker or an intelligent circuit breaker, providing flexible installation and easy operation.

  • Transformer Options: Available with fully sealed oil-immersed transformers or dry type transformers to suit different application needs.

  • Superior Busbar System: Supports three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire systems. Constructed from high-quality three-phase tinned copper busbars, it offers high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation capabilities.

Operating Conditions

  • Temperature: Ambient air temperature ranges from -45 °C to 45 °C.

  • Altitude: Suitable for altitudes up to 1000m; can be extended to 4000m with customized transformers and low-voltage components.

  • Installation: Recommended for installation with a vertical inclination not exceeding 5°, in environments free from severe vibrations and impacts.

  • Humidity: Operational in air humidity levels of up to 90% at +25℃.

  •  Environmental Requirements: Designed for use in areas without conductive dust, explosion hazards, or gases that could corrode metal and electrical components. Outdoor installations should be in locations where wind speeds do not exceed 35m/s. For conditions outside these norms, we offer custom solutions tailored to your specific requirements.

Ordering Guidelines

When placing an order, please provide the following details:

Main loop scheme diagram and secondary loop system diagram. Electrical schematic diagram of the auxiliary circuit and wiring terminal layout. Equipment layout drawing, combination drawing, and floor plan drawing. Model, specification, and quantity of main electrical components. Incoming and outgoing line methods and cable specifications. Preferred equipment shell material and color. Any other special requirements can be discussed and accommodated through direct negotiation with our manufacturing team.

We warmly invite customers to visit our factory. With our OEM/ODM services, we can also customize the protection level according to your specific project demands.

Analysis of Abnormal Causes of High-Voltage Cable Grounding Circulation and Typical Cases
I. Introduction to Cable Grounding Loop CurrentCables rated 110 kV and above use a single-core structure. The alternating magnetic field generated by the operating current induces a voltage on the metallic sheath. If the sheath forms a closed circuit through the earth, a grounding loop current will flow on the metallic sheath. Excessive grounding loop current (loop current exceeding 50 A, more than 20% of the load current, or a ratio of maximum-to-minimum phase current greater than 3) not only a

Considerations and Recommendations for Flame-Retardant Selection of High-Voltage Cables
1.Flame-Retardant Cable Classification StandardsThe flame-retardant standard system is divided into two main categories. The first category follows the "Classification of Burning Behavior for Electric and Optical Fiber Cables" GB 31247. Cables complying with this standard system are widely used in densely populated areas such as high-speed railways and subways. This standard imposes strict requirements on parameters such as smoke density, heat release, and total smoke production, and cables typi

Repair of high-voltage cable metallic sheaths
I. Functions of Metallic Sheaths and Necessity of RepairThe metallic sheath of high-voltage cables is a metal shielding structure laid outside the insulation layer, including types such as lead sheaths, aluminum sheaths, and steel wire armor. Its core functions include mechanical protection (resisting external impact and compression), electrochemical corrosion protection (isolating moisture and soil pollutants), electromagnetic shielding (reducing electromagnetic interference to the environment)

What failure modes are possible in a transformer? How to identify and fix these failures?
What failure modes are possible in a transformer? How to identify and fix these failures?
Transformers are critical components in power systems, and various failure modes can affect their operation. Timely identification and resolution of these failure modes are essential to prevent costly downtime and ensure system reliability. Below are some common transformer failure modes, along with methods to identify and address them: Insulation FailureIdentification: Insulation failure leads to decreased insulation resistance, which can be detected through insulation resistance testing (megge

A hybrid DC circuit breaker
A hybrid DC circuit breaker
Most DC molded-case circuit breakers use natural air arc extinction, and there are typically two arc extinguishing methods: one is conventional opening and closing, where the contacts axially stretch the arc, while the conductive circuit generates a magnetic field that bends and elongates the arc, pulling it lengthwise perpendicular to the arc axis. This not only increases the arc length but also induces lateral motion, enabling air cooling to achieve arc extinction. The other method involves the
