Description

Overview

The outdoor socket box is a power distribution device specifically designed for outdoor environments. Its core features lie in its strong environmental adaptability and safety protection performance. The connector part of it is made of high-strength engineering plastic with anti-ultraviolet properties, and the housing is made of stainless steel plates, which can resist the erosion of wind, rain, high temperature, low temperature, humidity and corrosive gases. The protection level reaches IP56 or above, which can effectively prevent the intrusion of rainwater, dust and foreign objects, and protect the stable operation of internal electrical components. In terms of structural design, the outdoor socket box focuses on practicality and safety. The box body often has details such as rain eaves and sealing rubber strips. Some products are also equipped with waterproof covers or dust-proof covers to further enhance the protection effect. Internally, it usually integrates socket interfaces of various specifications to meet the power supply needs of different outdoor equipment such as garden tools, landscape lighting, monitoring equipment, and temporary construction machinery. At the same time, it is equipped with devices such as overload protection, short-circuit protection, and leakage protection. Once a circuit abnormality occurs, it can quickly cut off the power supply to avoid safety accidents such as electric shock and equipment damage. In terms of installation, the outdoor socket box supports various installation methods such as wall mounting and column fixing, and can meet the installation needs of different outdoor scenarios such as courtyards, parks, construction sites, and squares. Moreover, some products are designed with locks to prevent unauthorized use and ensure power safety. Whether it is for daily garden maintenance, outdoor construction, or temporary power supply for large-scale events, the outdoor socket box can provide stable and safe power support, and it is an indispensable key device in the outdoor power system.

In practical work, insulation resistance of distribution transformers is generally measured twice: the insulation resistance between thehigh-voltage (HV) windingand thelow-voltage (LV) winding plus the transformer tank, and the insulation resistance between theLV windingand theHV winding plus the transformer tank.If both measurements yield acceptable values, it indicates that the insulation among the HV winding, LV winding, and transformer tank is qualified.
