FAQ for
Q: Do you need regular maintenance?
A:

Modular design, front maintenance, no need to disassemble. Equipped with intelligent fault diagnosis, it can quickly locate problems. The cooling system is designed with a long lifespan, and the lifespan of the fan capacitor is extended. The maintenance cycle is twice as long as that of a regular frequency converter.

Q: Can permanent magnet synchronous motors be used?
A:

Supports asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Permanent magnet motors have high efficiency and more precise control. It also supports three modes: V/F, open-loop vector, and closed-loop vector, with strong adaptability. You can choose any type of motor.

Q: Is high-power heat dissipation okay?
A:

Water cooling design, quieter and more efficient than air cooling. The heat dissipation channel is isolated from internal components, making it less prone to dust accumulation and stable operation even in high temperature environments. 2800kW high-power operation does not cause overheating, and the equipment has a longer lifespan.

  • Why Must a Transformer Core Be Grounded at Only One Point? Isn't Multi-Point Grounding More Reliable?
Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
