Description

Product Overview

As a pioneer and the first source factory in China's voltage regulator industry, we have been deeply rooted in the sector for decades, accumulating profound technical expertise. Leveraging top-tier R&D capabilities and a mature manufacturing system, our products have gained widespread market trust with reliability and performance that far exceed industry standards.

The RVR-1 is a single-phase, oil-immersed autotransformer-based feeder voltage regulator, designed to maintain stable voltage levels across medium voltage distribution lines. It integrates an advanced RVR controller, which continuously samples voltage and current signals via voltage and current transformers, enabling precise on-load tap changing to adapt to grid load variations. The system improves overall grid efficiency by adjusting line voltage up or down according to real-time demand.

This regulator features a motor-driven on-load tap changer (OLTC) with step control based on real-time voltage/current feedback, ensuring fast and reliable response to network fluctuations. It is ideally suited for both 50Hz and 60Hz distribution networks, with voltage ratings ranging from 2.4kV to 34.5kV.

Main Features

  • Voltage Regulation Flexibility:Features a ±10% regulation range (covering both boost and buck modes) with 32 precision step each calibrated to approximately 0.625% delivering ultra-accurate voltage control.

  • Intelligent RVR Control Unit:Comes with a proprietary advanced RVR controller (in-house developed), supporting GPRS/GSM and Bluetooth communication protocols for seamless remote monitoring and diagnostic functions.

  • Comprehensive Auto-Protection System:Integrates multi-layer protection against line faults, overloads, overcurrents, and undervoltages, coupled with automatic lock-out mechanisms to ensure the safety of both the equipment and the entire power system.

  • Flexible Voltage Configuration Options:Provides adjustable voltage setpoints, configurable step limits, customizable time delays between tap operations, and personalized operating parameter settings to cater to diverse application requirements.

Technical Parameters

Available voltage ratings include 50Hz (6kV, 6.35kV, 11kV, 15kV, 22kV, 33kV) and 60Hz (7.62kV, 13.2kV、13.8kV, 14.4kV, 19.92kV, 34.5kV). Customization is supported.
