220 kV intermediate insulation joint (ordinary type)

Structural design:
Adopting epoxy resin casting or prefabricated stress cone structure to ensure uniform distribution of electric field and local discharge capacity ≤ 5pC (IEC 60840 standard)
Metal sheath and waterproof tape seal, with a protection level of IP68, suitable for wet environments such as direct burial and tunnels
Electrical performance:
Rated voltage 220kV (Um=252kV), suitable for cable cross-section of 250~2500mm ², short-circuit current withstand capacity ≥ 25kA/3s, insulation resistance ≥ 10 ¹² Ω, dielectric loss ≤ 0.01 (1kHz)

Application scenarios
Power engineering: used for intermediate connection of 220kV cable lines, supporting direct burial, conduit or cable trench laying
New energy power station: equipped with wind power and photovoltaic booster stations, which need to meet the long-term outdoor operation requirements (such as salt spray and vibration)
Urban power grid: Substation interconnection or ring network projects require regular detection of partial discharge (such as PD3302 ultra-high frequency detector)

Technical Standards and Certification
Standard: Complies with GB/T 12706.3-2008 (220kV Cross linked Polyethylene Insulated Cable Accessories)
Certification: Must pass PSE, CE or State Grid supplier qualification audit
