YB series Prefabricated Substation is a complete set of power equipment that integrates MV switchgear, transformer and LV distribution devices with standard wiring layout. This HV Prefabricated Substation is applicable for residential communities, hotels, large construction sites and high-rise buildings. The Prefabricated Substation adapts to rated voltage 12kV / 24kV / 36kV / 40.5kV, 50Hz frequency and capacity up to 2500kVA, serving as ideal power transformation and distribution solution for various projects.
Main Designation Characteristics
- The shell of the HV Prefabricated Substation adopts international advanced design and practical structure. Multiple shell materials are optional for the Prefabricated Substation, including aluminum alloy, steel composite plate, stainless steel and non-metallic glass fiber material.
- The high voltage side of the HV Prefabricated Substation is equipped with load break switch or vacuum circuit breaker. The supporting transformer for the Prefabricated Substation can be hermetically-sealed oil type or dry type.
- The box body of the Prefabricated Substation adopts double-layer structure with foam filling inside for heat insulation. Independent compartment layout is applied to HV and LV rooms. The transformer room of the HV Prefabricated Substation is fitted with automatic temperature controller, heater and cooling device.
- Customized design and special specifications are available for the Prefabricated Substation as per customer requirements.
