Description

Product Description

As a pioneer in China's power transformer industry, we have specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of power transformer equipment for decades, and established industry standards with core technologies.

Our 100kVA 135kVA 150kVA Three-Phase Dry-Type Power Transformer is engineered for superior performance, safety, and reliability in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Unlike liquid-filled units, this transformer utilizes advanced vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) and encapsulation technology with high-class insulating materials, making it inherently flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and free from oil leaks or environmental contaminants.

Designed for exceptional operational efficiency with low no-load and load losses, it significantly reduces energy consumption and total cost of ownership. Its robust construction ensures stable voltage transformation and distribution in demanding environments, from powering manufacturing equipment and HVAC systems to serving as a critical component in data centers and building infrastructure. With easy installation, minimal maintenance requirements, and a compact footprint, this 150kVA dry-type transformer represents a smart, safe, and eco-friendly power solution built for long-term dependability.

Product features

Special Transformer SG and DG Series include three-phase (single-phase) isolation transformers and three-phase (single-phase) autotransformers. They are primarily used in various high and low voltage complete electrical sets, import-export equipment, precision machine tools, UPS, electroplating, lighting, heating, communications, chemical industry equipment, and other applications for control power and power supply purposes. These transformers feature effective harmonic resistance, strong anti-interference capability, and high safety. Design and production strictly comply with IEC international standards and relevant GB national standards.

FAQ for
Q: What is the capacity range of power transformers up to 345kV, and what are the standardized capacity ratings?
A:
Transformer capacity is strongly related to voltage level, and the capacity range and standard values comply with international general specifications. Details are as follows:
  • Capacity range by voltage level: ① High Voltage (HV, 66kV - 220kV): 5MVA – 250MVA; ② Extra-High Voltage (EHV, 220kV - 400kV): 250MVA – 600MVA+. Higher capacities are usually achieved through forced cooling methods (e.g., ONAF, OFAF).
  • Standardized capacity ratings: Internationally accepted standard capacities include 30MVA, 45MVA, 60MVA, 90MVA, 100MVA, 120MVA, 150MVA, 200MVA, 250MVA, 315MVA, 400MVA, and 500MVA. These ratings are widely adopted in design and production.
