Product overview
Substation Service Voltage Transformer (SSVT) is an oil-free, single-phase design equipment with SF6 gas as the insulation medium. It can be directly connected to 10kV-550kV high-voltage systems and output voltages ranging from 120V to medium voltage levels. The output power (such as 10kVA, 133kVA, etc.) can be customized according to needs; Its core function is to provide reliable power supply for secondary loads, remote areas, and temporary scenarios in substations, without the need for traditional substation voltage reduction. It has the advantages of low cost, small footprint, easy maintenance, and flexible operation. It also avoids the risk of porcelain sleeve rupture through silicone rubber sleeves, without fire hazards, and is widely used in emergency power supply, on-site power supply, and other scenarios in various fields such as industry, agriculture, and civil use.
Main Functions
The Substation Service Voltage Transformer (SSVT) uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium and is oil-free, which can meet the power supply needs of high-to-low/medium-voltage substations and remote areas. Adopting a single-phase design, the SSVT is connected to high-voltage systems ranging from 10kV to 550kV to supply power to low or medium-voltage distribution systems. Primarily serving as a power supply device for the secondary loads of substations, it provides a highly reliable and cost-effective power supply solution for remote areas and acts as an emergency response measure for temporary power supply.
The SSVT directly draws power from high-voltage power lines and converts it into usable low/medium-voltage power, eliminating the step-by-step voltage reduction method of traditional substations. It features low cost, a small footprint, easy maintenance and flexible operation, and can be widely used in industrial, agricultural, forestry and civilian sectors.
The SSVT can output voltages ranging from 120V to medium-voltage levels. The output power is customizable according to customer requirements, such as 10kVA, 133kVA, 167kVA or other power ratings.
